We are delighted to congratulate Lorraine B. Birabil who was elected few hours ago to represent Texas House District 100 in the state of Taxas - Texas House of Representatives. Lorraine is originally from Gokana in Ogoni is a Texas trained lawyer and politician.

Lorraine Birabil, a Democrat, is 38. She’s endorsed by much of the political establishment, including U.S. Rep. Marc Veasey of Fort Worth, former U.S Rep. Beto O’Rourke of El Paso, Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins and Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price.

Birabil is an Associate at Tillotson Law who is awaiting admission to the bar. She was previously the Statewide Outreach Director for Beto O'Rourke's senate campaign in 2018. Sources also noted that she worked on the Obama campaign.

Same happened to me today, tried downloading with my MTN but it kept showing that message. I connected my WiFi to a Glo line hotspot and it was the same. I eventually tried my MTN again and succeeded in downloading it, then i rebooted. After loading the OS and turned up, it got stock at Redmi logo for a long time. I almost screamed that i've damaged my device, before it finally came up on safe mode. I just reboot it again and it up and running now..

She may not be HIV positive. If it had read non reactive, then it means that she did not test positive to HIV as at the time of the test.

Encourage her to run the test again at a different laboratory after some months.
