@obidikejr there is nothing wrong with hiring the Architect after design to supervise a project,as it is solely because of his design the client has agreed to erect such structure so its very OK for the Architect to be on ground so the desired outcome is achieved thank you

It is sad how reads like this are given little or no attention � and then Nigerians will still be the ones to come and say the government is this the government is that "when you don't want to be involved how do you expect to things to change "
