The race for Nigeria presidency in 2019 has become intense. A lot of credible individuals have indicated interest in the Aso Rock residence. Some of those that have indicated interested in the position so far include no other person but our dear incumbent President General Muhammadu Buhari, Ekiti state governor Mr. Ayodele Fayose, former vice president Alhaji Atiku Abubakar who recently defected to the opposition peoples democratic party (PDP) and started his Atikulation Movement for 2019 presidency, and some other seasoned politicians. Whereas the above named seasoned politicians are expected to be the favorites in the upcoming election, most Nigerians especially the youths are advocating for a youthful president that will steer the country through innovation and real time democratic practices because the older generation have not lived up to their leadership expectation in the modern times. The country has been in a real mess since independence when these old Cargos have been ruling the country. Some youths have courageously stepped in to save the country from the Quagmire state it is currently in.

Today, we are going to look at the profile of the youths that have taken it upon their selves to deliver Nigeria from its current problems. By saying youths, we are trying to define Presidential aspirants or hopefuls below the age of 50 years. Some of these presidential Aspirants are Profiled below:

1. Adamu Garba II.

Thirty-five-year-old Adamu Garba II is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of IPI Solutions Nigeria Limited, a leading cloud computing company, headquartered in Lagos. At age 26, the Adamawa State-born information technology guru is already an emperor, controlling fortune and human beings, while driving competitors to the back. Away from his entrepreneurial exploits, he went to lead a nation. He was born 35 years ago into the family of Alhaji Adamu Jauro Garba and Hajiya Hadiza Garba at Luggere ward in Jimeta, Yola-North Local Govt of Adamawa State, Nigeria. He had his elementary school at Jambutu primary school and Luggere primary school, then attended Doubeli secondary school and finished in 2001 and later proceeded to Kano state University of Technology where he studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering after passing through a pre degree program. His vision for a new Nigeria is a country where the youths will be engaged technically in ICT and Vocational training for massive job creation. He also hopes to de-instutionalise religion.

2. Fela Durotoye.

Adetokunbo Olufela Durotoye is a Motivational Speaker and a leadership trainer well known through out the country and beyond. he is simply known as Fela Durotoye or FD as his inner circle guys call him. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the Gemstone Group, a leadership development institution with a distinct mandate to raise a generation of leaders. He was born to the family of late Professors Layiwola and Adeline Durotoye both popularly known as Bros Toks and Sissy Addy respectively. They were both lecturers at the University of Ibadan. he was born in the city of Ibadan in 1971 and his parents moved to Ife in 1972. Therefore, all of his childhood memories were from the University of Ife Senior Staff Quarters in Ile-Ife. He studied Business Management at Obafemi Awolowo University and proceeded to obtain his Masters degree/M. Phil, Business Administration/Strategic Management from the same institution. His vision for Nigeria is to build a new "most desirable nation" and "deliver the future".

3. Mathias Baba Tsado.

Mathias Baba Tsado was born on the 6th of February 1977 to the family of Mr. & Mrs. J.N Tsado. He attended Gusadi Primary School and Government Secondary Schools Minna, Niger State. He also holds a Barchelor of Engineering degree from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State, where he majored in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, Mathias B. Tsado is a member of Institute for National Transformation (INT) and also a member of Institute for Service Excellence and Good Governance. Professionally, he worked with Ecobank Nig. Plc. and Intercontinental Bank Plc. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Matstrutt Nig. Ltd. Motivated by an insatiable drive for good governance in Nigeria, he convened a diverse team like-minded professionals under the umbrella of Hope Platform Initiative. He is married to Tolulope Tsado and they are blessed with 2 awesome children. His mantra is "A new Nigeria is possible" and his campaign theme is hope 2019.

These are just the few youths that have declared interest for the post of Nigeria Presidency in 2019, we hope to see more youths declare their interest for the Aso rock residence. We will update this page as soon more youths declare their interest.

We Nigerians need to put hands together and dislodge the old politicians that have the future of Nigerians for their immediate families. We need to push for the revolution that happened in France and Austria to take place in Nigeria because that is the real change.

As the countdown to 2019 election continues, Nigerian politicians have started with their antics to deceive the masses into voting for them in the coming general elections. Some have switched political parties, some have turned to the mouth piece of the masses in pretense, some have even started dispatching free Christmas gifts, others are sponsoring mass weddings, etc.

The latest of this con art was acted by the wife of the president of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Madam Aisha Muhammad Buhari who was seen patronizing a commercial tricycle popular known as Keke in Nigeria a forth night ago. Although the interest of this patronage is not known, but it is strongly believed that she is doing to buy the conscience of the people for her husband President Buhari ahead of the general elections. This is because Nigeria politicians always look for a way to reduce themselves to the level of the poor masses before elections but after elections, the reverse becomes the case, we hope the masses will not fall for this cheap tactics this time around.

Recall that according to Sunnews, President Buhari had indicated interest to run for the 2019 presidential election while in a summit in Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire in late November.

Unbiased observations from the opening weekend of the EPL:

1. Arsenal defense worries still persists. If the first match of the season is anything to go by, then arsenal needs to strengthen up at the back, not just by buying new defenders but also by making sure that there is an understanding between the defenders and goalkeeper Petr Cech. I must admit that Arsenal would be a force this season given the way they attacked Leicester City but to be title contenders, they need to strengthen at the back.

2. The Liverpool that we all know is still alive. This is the Liverpool that will defeat Chelsea this week and loose to Bournemouth the next week. Liverpool feels very complacent when playing against small teams in the league and this has always been their undoing season after season. In addition to curbing their complacency, Liverpool also needs to tighten up things at the back.

3. EPL 'Title winners curse' maybe after Chelsea. Don't get me wrong please, but remember that Chelsea finished 10th last two seasons after winning the league in the previous one, same fate befell Leicester City last season having been Champions the season before that. What am saying in essence is Chelsea were decent against Burnley from the beginning but still lost to circumstances beyond their control and also to emotional breakdown in the second half. If Antonio Conte does not tighten things up ASAP then his team might just be the newest victims of this strange curse. Let's just see how they react in their next match.

4. The two Manchester clubs are title favorites. The display of Manchester City and Manchester United left no one in doubt that they are prepared for the new season. The attack setup of United and the resilience and discipline of City in defense and midfield are stuffs that you look out for in genuine title contending teams. Let's just look out for what happens in the coming weeks to separate the pretenders from contenders.

5. Everton and Tottenham Hotspur are teams to watch out for this season. It seems the huge amount spent by Everton has started to pay off already. The discipline and resilience they showed in their opening game of the season shows that they might just be one the teams to watch out for this season.
In the side of Spurs, anyone thinking that Tottenham Hotspur is in Crisis or depleted as compared to last season might just be fooling himself, because from what we've seen this weekend, Mauricio Pochenttino is still in control at the club. Tottenham is still Tottenham.

I read somebody here on Nairaland saying that with time, "Nnamdi Kanu is going to fizzle out", and I laughed because the fella is grossly ignorant not to know that it is almost two years since Kanu was incarcerated and released and yet, he is waxing stronger and stronger contrary to the expectations of some people.

On a deeper and closer look, you would realize that Nnamdi Kanu is just a rallying point for the Igbos who had long expressed their desire to secede from Nigeria because the union of fifty years have not profited them at all.

To think that Nnamdi Kanu is on a joy ride hoodwinking gullible minds is highly delusional. Those people who troop out to see and hear him speak do so because they have come to see somebody who identifies with their pains over the years on marginalization, prejudices, injustices meted against the Igbo nation and seeks to end it once and for all. Whoever told you that the Igbo man loves been an eternal slave!

The courage with which Nnamdi Kanu goes about OUR quest for Biafra shows that a bigger person or nation may be behind him. You can't dare the 'one Nigeria' apologists and a person like Buhari as Nnamdi Kanu has done and go scot-free. The Nigerian nation seems to be helpless at this point, hence, it is looking for a soft-landing to explain away her incapacitation to stem the Biafran movement. Funny enough, those who don't know how government operates readily believe their lies.

The Nigerian government knows that Biafra is in the making already, but the common man who listens to government's propaganda doesn't know this because this has been kept secretly away from him.
