My neighbor, a woman was drowned few days ago due to heavy rainfall. Her body was found 3 days later in a near by river across our street.

What surprises me is that when they want bury her, etutu (sacrifice) was performed by osun people (they wore white clothes and in beads). This woman I'm talking about was a Muslim o. She has even gone to Mecca before.

Have said it before and will say it again. The reason most of the crimes we see today, from terrorism to banditry and restiveness in the Niger Delta, can't completely be wiped out is because thieves in government benefit immensely from contracts involving security and defence.

To a typical serving Nigerian General, it is alot more profitable having Boko Haram live for as long as he serves. Should they be eradicated, where then will they get billions to steal in the name of fighting the terrorists?

It is a huge shame to the government of Buhari that this still thrives under his nose and I must say I am hugely disappointed!

These criminals send our gallant boys to go die at the war front while they themselves, I suspect, arm the terrorists with superior weaponry. In the end, all they get is more funds for defence contracts.
