Pls I need advice, I was diagnosed of left hydrsalphinx, I was on clomid for about 6months, about a year ago, now our doctor advised us to go for iui, pls what is the success rate for iui with one blocked tube? Is it advised I do another hsg? Its close to 3yrs I did the last one, I have taken several herbs all these while, and lastly if I decide to go for iui, what and how will I prepare my body. Pls mummies your response is highly needed.

If there is hydrosalphinx in your tube assuming it's confirmed its best to take out the tube because the fluid is toxic. With only one tube I am not too sure of the success of IUI. I know IVF bypasses the tube.
