Position for Security Coordinators Available. Candidate's mission is to keep all project personnel and assets safe from harm. He/she will provide support to the client in the day-to-day management and coordination of operational field security activities, ensuring compliance with corporate security policies. The incumbent will provide: security oversight, training, mentoring, supervision, support and advice, and physical protective services to the client in Lagos and the incumbent will serve in a full time 24/7 capacity – 12/12 shifts rotations. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of a degree in any relevant discipline 3-5 years experience Experience with a public or private security organization at an operational level in a client facing role Be a proponent of the low-profile, risk avoidance based approach to security management. Good interpersonal skills to deal with managers, staff, government, military and law enforcement officials. Working knowledge of the institutional and socio-cultural dynamics that determine the security and business continuity challenges in Nigeria, including experience in handling security events with durable positive outcomes.
