charlesemeka85: just heard chelsea odoi turned down an england call up, insisting on playing for ghana
good one from pikin wey get sense Not actually he turned down a call up from the Under 21, and this should be the third time he is turning down an under 21 call up, he said he wants to focus on his club career and win a starting spot under Tuchel, but from reports he turned down the call up because he feels he is bigger than the Under 21 |

andrewbaba44: You cannot use 1 game to judge a player
Tuchel is not giving him chance and that’s it
He just collect the guy on loan for nothing Getting Saul Niguez was a last was a panicked decision, he himself confirmed it, that the papers for the deal were not submitted until around an hour to closure of the window, and that same week Kante got injured, and nobody really believed Loftus Cheek will pick back his form (am not saying Cheek is better than Saul) Cheek is used to the league and has played in England for sometime now, so its normal playing someone you trust than playing someone u don't trust, seeing the way Chelsea handle coaches Wn they have a run of bad games. Guy I swear even if u be Chelsea coach u for do the same tin wer TT da do |

So the NFF have been able to sort out the passport issues of Ashleigh Plumptre, and by October her FIFA clearance will be gotten, this is a process that has taken them not up to Seven (7) months from the time she declared she wants to play for Nigeria. Yet that of Ademola Lukman, Ovie Ejaria, Michael Olise and co have not been completed up till today. And alot of people are saying NFF is at fault for the delay in their switch. No be the same NFF da run the matter for both male and female teams. Abi them get different NFF for both teams. Abeg mak wanna stop to the whine me, the delay of this guys clearance is from the players (which I guess are stalling the process to see if they could get a call up from their country of birth) and not the NFF. Abi no be da same passport issue wer dm talk say the hold Olise na it Ashleigh Plumptre (though she da talk sa it was difficult, but dm still do am)

TheSuperNerd: Transfer news: 'Tino Anjorin
19 y/o Faustino Anjorin (AM) joins Lokomotiv Moscow on loan from Chelsea for one season. The loan move comes with a buy option of £17million.
And if Lokomotiv exercise that buy option signing Anjorin on a permanent deal at the end of the 21/22 season, Chelsea has already included a future buy back clause of £34million. Cool headed guy, one for the future if only e no go mumu like others. smart business by Ralf rangnick, heard he is the new sporting director at Locomotiv Moscow (sometime ago I read an article concerning Red Bull football group, and he did a wonderful job there). |

wayodude: Dear league participants,
Succumbing to popular demand, I am going to make some changes to our league in order to make things more competitive and rewarding. The league has been popular and its popularity keeps growing!! We now have 54 teams in the league.
The idea of including performance based incentives has been suggested right from when this league was formed in the 2019/2020 season and this will now be phased in.
To enable this however the following steps will be taken:
1. All participants must first of all identify their teams on here. Simply drop response to this post with your team name and I will keep a spreadsheet linking your nairaland moniker with your FPL team name.
2. Entry fees and and prizes will be communicated in my next post.
3. Those members who do not wish to continue in the league due to these changes will be allowed to leave or removed by a date to be advised shortly.
Thanks everyone! Weldone Wayodude |

Wanna da talk tinz oooo How osimhen take better pass Werner, how many career goals osimhen get, how many goals wer Werner get for e last season for bundesliga, OK u will say Werner did not perform last season, but how comes he keep benching Tammy Abraham (Chelsea highest goal scorer for 2 seasons) as a striker and he keeps benching pulisic as a winger. Simply because a striker doesn't score does not mean you will turn a blind eye to other part of his game. He scored a total of 24 goals last season of which 12 wer offsides due to the fact that he has speed and Chelsea players no da gree release ball give am fast. Most Chelsea goals last season were scored due to his runs that take opposition defenders from the actual goalscorers. So make wanna no talk some kind tins, Osimhen is good but FOR NOW Werner is better than him. |

Definitely one of The Manchester teams or Chelsea is winning the league. Liverpool look slightly weaker. Leicester could surprise if one of the big 4 messes up.
I predict Newcastle, Burnley, Brighton, Watford, Norwich and maybe Southampton to be involved in a relegation scrap Southampton might go down, they sold ings, Ryan Bertrand and vestergard is also leaving to leichester city. |
