ndPeter: I like to think this is a good move. But eh, it's a matter of security. It depends on if they can adequately contain the Boko Haram menace, because this will be a good chance for the Boko Haram to hit at Nigeria. Believe you me, Biafra is only United because they want to break out of Nigeria. If they succeed, civil wars will eventually erupt there. Well informed Ibos would understand why. before the lumping together of Igbo people with other Nigerians how many civil war didvu hear of. Every history book u read testify that the Igbos system of government pre colonial is top notch biafra did not unite the Igbos rather... information is now free online and people are now wise. the lagos Ibadan expressway media has been defeated... |

bolaino: I want to thank Oluwaseun Osewa for giving us, Nigerian people, the Nairaland Platform. We are grateful. I am writing this post on behalf of the two Ethnic groups I come from, Urhobo and Isoko, the vast majority of Urhobo and Isoko leaders have come together unanimously to condemn the activities of the Niger Delta Avengers and they have made it clear that The Urhobo and Isoko Ethnic groups respectively, are not part of Niger Delta Avengers or supporters of the Biafra struggle, and the leadership of both Ethnic groups have come out to denounce any attempts by NDA and supporters of the Biafra Strugle to link the Urhobo and Isoko Ethnic groups respectively to their agenda of chaos and death.. We are not part of any plans to destabilize the country or to bomb oil installations, The Urhobo and Isoko Ethnic groups are very peaceful people, and we share a common history. And we have always been believers in the promise of a better Nigeria, and we are also supporters of a One United and Indivisible Nigeria. And we will not condole activities of Easterners parading themselves as Urhobos and Isokos, supporting the Biafra struggle, The Biafra Strugle is a lost struggle, and we will not be likened to the foolish housefly who did not heed warnings, but followed the corpse to the grave. Delta state is predominantly an Urhobo state as the Urhobos are more in the state and together with the Isokos, we are the largest ethnic groups in Delta State. And in that regard we are appealing to the sponsors of the Niger Delta Avengers and the Biafra strugle to sheath their swords and embrace peace because there is only certain death and destruction on the path they have chosen to walk on. Delta State is Not part of Biafra or Supporters of Niger Delta Avengers. .yoruba spokesperson of urhobo and isoko.. ok ooo |

This is noble for nation building. Antilia, India
We’re ending with the big one–this skyscraper in Mumbai, India
is actually a private residence–yes, one residence–belonging to
Mukesh Ambani, a local business magnate. Perhaps the most
expensive private residence in the world, it reportedly takes a
staff of 600 to run. It all seems a bit ostentatious to us, but
what do we know?

Dar al-Hajar, Yemen
This monumental looking structure wasn’t constructed as an
icon, but it’s certainly become one. Built as the summer home of
a powerful Imam, the building is now a museum. Its location just
outside of the Yemeni capital of Sana makes this home relatively
accessible and it’s become a popular destination for day trips.

Tiny House, Washington
This 140 (yes, 140) square foot home outside of Seattle,
Washington punches way above its weight–it’s got a kitchen,
bathroom, upstairs bedroom, and reading nook all packed in to
such a tiny space. It’s also environmentally-friendly, sourcing its
energy from solar panels. Who would’ve thought you could do so
much with so little?

Space House, Tennessee
This residence, popularly known as the “Space House” or the
“Flying Saucer House,” was constructed by one Curtis King back
in 1973. Nowadays the home is available for short-term rental
options, and the price is apparently quite reasonable! If you’ve
been looking for a spaceship experience on a budget, well…
here’s an option.
