Politics / Re: FG’s Monthly Electricity Subsidy Spending To Crash By 52% On New Tariff Hike by Ejebleje: 9:11am On Apr 05 |
ThinkSmarter: I don't believe Nigerian's problem is her population,Its obviously reckless government spending and corruption. Not to sound cliched , but even the most capitalist of societies support their citizens one way or another . The question is , what will happen to the monies saved from electricity subsidy removal? 1 Like |

It's a shame what soldiers in Nigeria have gradually been turned into. The dread ,respect and high esteem soldiers in Nigeria were accorded have evaporated. Yahoo boys, land grabbers, politicians now use soldiers to settle scores! Soldiers! They have really weaponised poverty in this every sense in this country. It's a damn shame 2 Likes |

This one is very vocal , that's what they all think and believe. We have failed each other as blacks, and so these ones coming to fill the gaps think so highly of themselves . Even if you choose to punish him for this outburst by closing down his factory, who will bear the brunt ? So you see... |

Business / Re: Banks To Pay Customers Money Sent From Abroad In Naira by Ejebleje: 7:28am On Feb 09 |
I think this is utterly risible . They want to enforce the overlord status of banks , who are already guilty of hoarding the forex and selling it to BDC guys? How many genuine business men and Nigerians in general can approach banks ,to get forex ,much more at "official rates" ? Wouldn't the banks direct us to the BDC's to get already determined forex? Who will go after banks and BDCs to break up their unholy alliance? Truth is , we have reached the point of no - return. The naira will only get stronger if we increase our oil and non oil exports, and the government ceases float and starts defending again. Anything other than this,is a continuous downward spiral. 3 Likes 1 Share |
