To be candid kokopos is right it depends on the architectural detailing and the nature of foundation, since its a two bedroom flat bungalow and a solid base..sub soil.......all atention will be triggered to strip(deep strip) foundation
, ......and acccording to baba habla'post 260k without dpc level is quite considrate and 360 with dpc is also. Quite considraate for a strip foundation..................... I am a BUILDER AND SPECIALIZES ON ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS AND STRUCTURAL DESIGNS
