Bros ur best option is to bring it to the attention of Seven Bottling Co and see if dey can settle you jst to keep their goodwill....but u don't have a cause of action under Nigerian Law. For u to be liable to damages u must have drank d seven up in question and u suffered an injury as a result of drinking d seven up....trust me proving that it is the seven dat caused the injury in court is a very long tin.
