Cameroun to take the first kick

We are going into penalties ...no hiding place for either side now...goal keepers and ball artists will need to step up now

This pitch...how did CAF approve of a surface like this for this tourney

Anywhere will do now for Cameroun...chai, this Eto belle though

Luckysbab:
I wonder how many times Abubakar leg don touch ball. Even Ekambi sef, them no give dem two breathing space.

Coach don jejely comot Ekambi

The Egyptian bench don dey prepare list of penalty takers...

Cameroun choose this slippery pitch...now it's becoming a Bobby trap for them too

What a chance for Egypt but what a defense by that Camerounian player...unorthodox but it worked

This pitch is really very poor...abi dem pour engine oil over it ni

E be like say the Camerounian fans don quiet small

Ekambi is out...oh well, the coach knows what he's doing

This tournament ehhn...the fear of referee is the beginning of....see as Camerounian defender tie im hand for back make dem no blow " penarity" by mistake

First half of extra time underway

The Egyptian coaching crew come be like their players....see Salah sef...but why some of these North Africans dey behave like this for football sef...and they'd already picked up steam o

abulude:
This Egyptian coach is stubborn o!

That's not being Stubborn...that's being irresponsible especially knowing what's at stake!!

This Egyptian coach should be sacked weather they win this cup or not...he started this fight with officials talking to the press even before the game today...he should know what's at stake here haba!!

Senomii:
Ahn ahn, y this thread come full like this I thought we all agreed we'll stop watching afcon

Ogbeni you and who

El Nenny out...and Cameroun ngamaleau out...I think both coaches are making tactical changes and in anticipation of extra time now

Quest7777:
Salah has just been too poor in this match. & he is the one they are looking up to, to work his magic for the team.

The annoying thing is that he may be the one to still give them the goal or a sublime pass for their goal if they'd score.
The Camerounians are getting agitated and running into each other...Egypt is beginning to plot a goal unless Cameroun do something extraordinary

Mr rocket shot..Samuel gouet is out

But this time yesterday there was already a goal to celebrate

How did that pass from Ekambi fly pass Aboubakar like that?
Meanwhile another Egyptian down on his own...exhaustion, antics or what

What a rocket effort from outside the 18 yards by that Camerounian....if that had gone in it will be up there in contention for goal of the tournament

Nat404:
Nigeria is not a kindergarten in football. We've made history in world football. In football, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. This Egyptian team was defeated by South Africa in the second round last AFCON with Salah in that team.

Both of you made good points without the insults, please sheath your swords and let's all enjoy a good game of soccer

Nat404:
Why is it not the same team Nigeria defeated? Please stop saying crap.

Bros, we too dey vex for naija, he just told you in a manner of speaking in terms of their performance...he is not saying they're a different team literarily...he's simply comparing their progressive performance since their last defeat to us up until now.
Weather they beat Cameroun tonight is another story entirely

Ekambi has good football sense ..he only needs to be a little sharper..

Looking like a different Egypt in this half already ...?

Happinessabd:
mike Tyson no dey fight like dat

Oga I'm talking classical boxing not brawls, martial art or kick boxing

Now I fear for Cameroun...Egypt look to me like they're the main beneficiaries of this half...no real attacking attempt, no mistakes at the back, no real test for their goal keeper..this na awuff berekete

BigYash:
Cmr dey play Egy badly.. If they had done well with those chances, goals for don reach two or three

The issue in football is like a boxer on the ropes...who keeps taking and absorbing punches...once he gets a chance to give you a soccer punch that's the end...Egypt has at least one man who can do that...but is it his night

The camerounian fans that I saw now looked concerned

Head injury already
