I think so far the Morrocans game plan is working, get the ball, pass it slowly around and try to run down the clock commit a few men upfront to try get something ( freekicks, corner kicks..etc) if not ...drag the match into penalties and let Yassine Bounou go on to disgrace France and boom 💥 they win...
We've seen these sort of scripts in football many times, if If Deschamps boys can get a couple of goals in early 2nd half then Morroco will have no option but to come out and play ....but until France who have more depth and bench change something, I'm afraid this will continue to go Morroco's way till the 90'

I am not making any excuses for Mbape, 1st of all, penalties can go any which way, then for the referee to delay the kick by by 2-3 minutes ...that does disrupts the thought process of the penalty taker .....
For Mbape, the only thing I see wrong is with how Mbape took the penalty...is that nonsense run, stop and kick that some of these footballers do....
