I don't o as I'm so confused abt d whole thing, I assayed for LH, FSH n Prolactin on day 3 of a 28days cycle the result read thus;
LH.....10.2 (1.68-15.0)miu/ml
FSH...36.9 (30-120)miu/ml
Prolactin...20.9 (3.8-23.2)ng/ml
Progesterone on day 21 result; 1.0 (0.1-1.60)ng/ml
When I met my gynea he said the ratio of LH to FSH is not balanced that is suppose to be 1:1 but mine is 1:3 that I have to work on that, more so that I'm not ovulating well. That is y I came here for help pls. Thanks for d swift response.

vitex isn't good for pcos ma... The best is licorice

Licorice is phytoestrogen,it will help 2 induce ovulation but it take time 2 leave ur body 4 progesterone 2 take over,n it toxic effect on d uterus is high.dat is y it is advice u 2 take on cd3 -7 like clomid.so it is not good 4 low progesteron but high LH.cheers

I read vitex is not good for high LH ma

if u hv been pregnant n miscarried b4 or hv high prolactin,then vitex is very good 4 u, it will balance ur hormones all round.n ur progesterone will stable.there is a particular herb in m2tone dat regulate high LH,inositol works directly on insuline like metformin. while vit E is will encouge blood flow 2 ur uterus 4 egg quality n implatation. it works very well within 3 months. just follow ur mind make ur choice..Cheers

Yes I concur @ekashiloh, I'm registered with premier hosp for all those normal malaria, typhoid things, I heard the CMD is good too but I got tired of taking drugs b4 I decided to follow my new friend to her in-law , Dr Essien though he didn't treat me but I also heard he's very good, I'll prolly start my ANC in his hosp, what do you think?

Premier is a busy clinic 4 top women,hard 2 see d cmd but he is humble man. Dr Essien is a usa trained n retired consultant 4rm teaching hospital. he attains 2 u anytime with enough jokes n smile.so just pray n choose one.but also go 2 teaching hospital or st lukes hopital n register,dat is where u enjoy antenatal jare.cheers

metformin and myo.inositol does d same job.so u combine metformin,letrozole,vite ,cyclogest,follicle tracking n SMEP (ENGLISH) OR vitex, m2tone ,inositol,vit e.sine u hv low progeterone,i will advice u go 4 vitex protocol.cheers

Good evening mamas, please abeg help me analyze this my hormonal assay result o. I just tire my gyne says the result are ambiguous. He says my LH,FSH cannot be high and the progesterone should be normal. See my life o, he has referred me to another state for a repeat. Getting money for another test is another hassle but I know God will provide.

hi mamas, hormonal test show that my prolactin is high. my menstral period have stopped for a long time. i am thinking of using vitex or fertil aid ,which is better and stronger?

Do u know y ur prolactine is high,hv u checked ur thyroids levels,do u hv pcos n possibly brain checks.if u know d root cause,u will reduce it faster.meanwhile start vitex 3 capsule first thing in d morning with a glass of stemed cabbage juice.very effective.#buy d vitex from mumhaja,not all vitexs are good#.cheers.

Pls mama dont use others treatment plan to treat pid becos it might not work.let ur sister do MCS/HVS test,it will show d infection causing d pid n d sensitive antibiotic,use d antibiotics religiously esp d injestions. she and her dh shd treat at d sametime 2 avoid reinfection.after d antibiotics,she can take wobemzymes and women best friend.d pid will dryup fast.let her also do hsg n hormonal profile n semen analysis.cheers

Yea,when u are no more excited abt 2 lines,when u cannot tell dh dat u ve gotten bfp again,wen ivf doctors find no way 2 place ur enbies n just cancel d circle n begin 2 right big big grammers,then u really relate my post..but i know our redeemer liveth so pls dont stop looking 4 culprit behind ur miscarriage....lf ur twins was stuck in tube,then u need 2 do hsg 2 check d petency of ur tubes and ur uterus,(2) check ur linning@ ovulation,check ur progesterone after ovulation..also get d result u did 4 chromosome checks and rhogam test.if u do all dis,u will know d exact problem to taget n sustains ur proggos.i regret d money i hv wasted b4 i know i had uterin scars.but i know wat to do now.so sorry dearie,wishing u a fullterm RAINBOWS soonest.cheers.

So I am going for a third hsg. I promised myself I will only go to prism diagnostics if I ever have to do it a third time after the screaming I did at union diagnostic the second time. Prism cost 30k while union cost 18. Well the 12k difference with the proprietor's experience and efficency the first time is so worth it.

normally pineaple shd start on dpo 2 to 7,but Ur doc says u shd bd 4 7 days,so u can eat it 24hrs after d last bd so dat it will not affect d swimmers. u can take it cd 22 ~23 ,3*daily.very effective.selenium&zinc also aid implantation without affecting d swimmers.cheers.

Always had irregular period or no periods. but became consistent around Oct last year, praise God. so it was 33 days Dec -jan, then Jan - Feb was 31 days. It's actually changing every month. Was triggered on cycle day 14.

U shd start it 24hrs after ur last shot of kpekus,but stop @ cd21.pineaple is fast actor ,even one cup is very active.bfp rollss.

You are free to disagree with me cos medically candida shouldn't prevent conception nor spermatic activities . But practically it can, many women here can testify to it. Moreover pathophysiology of vaginal candida said it too. I have learnt to never say never in medicine.. Espirit de cor chief

If it is ur doctor dat give u d drugs,i suggest u continue becos he has ur history n knows d best 4 u,beside most ivf clinic add m2tone and prenatals to their treatment depending on women history n it works 4 their bfp.but 4 d Baraaaa!!!.Pls becareful.songidem my sister.cheers

How is your colleague feeling now? Why do you say she's about to miscarry? Is there no heartbeat? Or the sac has issues? I do hope she is not miscarrying her precious child.
You can advise her to have complete bed rest, take fruits like carrots, apples, watermelon as well as the highest possible dose of progesterone injection.
I pray she does not loose her baby...

My sister,we hv done 3 scans and her sac is still irregular,though 6weeks,2 doctors says she shd evacuate 4 another one 2 enter,one says she repeat scans in 2wks.what got me teary 2day is wen d dh told me dat is he wil 60 years dis month n has spend all money without seening a sac of a baby.dat there is nothing on earth dat can make him support d wife to evacuate d sac.i no fit talk againooo.i come d blame vitexooo.i am just praying 4 miracle 2 see d fetal pole next scan.any advice pls.
