NO mama,it is d best 4 high prolactine but u hv 2 check ur thyroid levels while on keto diet.i did mistake in my post n hv modified it.cheers.

please what can I use in place of metformin? the side effect is killing me. I can't continue its like my heart will stop beating. I don't use added sugar, I don't take soft drinks, any thing sugary is a no for me, i have cut down my carb intake as well. then using metformin again, wont that push me into low sugar.

Do u have PCOS, Was metformin prescribe 4 u by a doctor.why are u taking it ?.are U on low carb diet(supevise keto diet) . take note!!! metformin or keto diet act faster 4 pcos,so choose one n do... Supervise keto diet,bitterleaf&scentleaf,multivitamin.# VERY good 4 high prolactine# metformin,vitd3,mulvitamin.#metformin must be taken with full stomach ,start with lowest dose n increase latter,take last thing in d night 2 curb side effect.#cheers

I've been staring at my laboratory results since yesterday, hoping none of the letters will change...
Just like that God did it, we've been trying since 2016, tried many stuffs , even trado and just when I left it all for God,he stepped in.
I didn't even know when I was ovulating, cycle keep jumping from 30-31 days or less... I wasnt seeing ewcm,I was confused and tired. Then I got omega 3-6-9 and started using 1 a day...gbam,I noticed ewcm.my sisters, I haven't even used half of the plastic.
I've been tired and feverish, but refused to use anything except paracetamol, I just had a feeling...
I give glory to God for not letting 2018 pass me..#TeamDecember

Discuss the cause of the miscarriage with your doc and consider taking duphaston or any progesterone drug with vit e after ovulation or once you discover you are pregnant.
