Npower is aware of the problem alteady and they are working on it. They promised to get back to us when they are done.

Same with me I have used close to 100 otp yet same result. I went to Npower office this morning I was told it's network issue that I should come back on Monday.

We are in same category.... I have generated almost 80.i have used 6 different browsers and laptop.....
I have call on friends who successfully did theirs to assist me.... Same story as I keep getting ERROR OTP VALIDATION FAILED. I have emailed the NPVN support team... am waiting for their reply

I have done all that am not new in the procedure of applying OTP Beside two other persons who have filled their form also tried without success. I have also used the quick retrieve OTP newly introduced same story.

before u generate OTP make sure u are on d page it requested for it. after u are on that page then send the code and use the no. given.
if u try to generate it before u get to that page it won't work... good luck

Hello someone pls help. I have generated over 50 OTP but each time I input it I always get this message...error OTP validation failed. pls what is the way out? It's my second day of sleepless night. I have used 5 different browsers ie chrome, uc, puffin and opera and fire fox web browser I have also used laptop... All the same result.

sure the phone will be opened and battery detached…. But it must be handled with care cos no external screws hold the phone…. With just finger nails it can be opened… the use of tool may cause scratch or rougness on the body if care is not applied. Pls vesit a gionee care center if u r close to one.

Guys I need help. My gionee m5 battery was flat and when electric power was restored I tried charging it but it refused to power on I even left it for an hour thinking it was due to the battery being very low but still it's still not powering on meanwhile I'm using the original charger it came with.

ur battery is on sleeping mode and needs booster to be restored….. U need a service of qualified engineer to do this for u. Go to gionee office if possible… its depense on ur place of residence.

actually the follow come charger is 1.8A though 2A is not bad... infinix hot note uses 2A.....

How did you unprooted your m5?

i used kingsroot to root the m5 same kingsroot can be used to unroot it.... if u go under the settings.... Just click on unstall or delete option it will automatically unroot it. U can also google it if u have rooted urs with other rooting apps for solution..... There are many apps now that u can use....

initially I was using the latest Nigerian version which was released December 31st last year. I got the phone rooted thinking moving apps to memory card would be possible, when I discovered it wasn't possible I unprooted it..which I later discovered some minor issues with phone. I went to flash it to solve the problems... Somehow Indian room T6184 was used for me. I became angry.... all effort to get naija ROM failed which I later did OTA update of the Indian T6184 to v6484 which was released in April this year. After this OTA update I unconsciously fell in love with version v6484. To answer your question... Just look for T6184 and flash ur phone after that do the OTA update. That is all...... Am enjoying it.

the only way for now is to go for idian rom. Am currently using it and i must be frank with you guys the new update of indian rom is very good. As most of the problems were attended to eg 3G can now stand on its own as well as 2G... Moving apps to sdcard etc. Its simply nice. I can now boldly say that its better compare to Nigerian rom.
