I got the instruction below on my Pi dashboard asking me to input my 24 words Passphrase for a two-factor authentication and was wondering if it's a ploy to hack my wallet.

Please who else has gotten this message?
Is it safe to input my 24 words Passphrase as indicated?

I would be very grateful to hear from those who have passed through this phase.

I hope the Pi Network team is not trying to scam us?

Only those who bought at the very top will be panicking right now. Even if your portfolio is down over 50% just relax you will be alright. You only lose when you SELL. Just forgot about your portfolio till the last week of February and early week of March. MARCH is usually a green month for crypto unlike January and February especially for alt coins. From research those invested in alt coins these are the months that are usually the most beneficial March, June/July and October

I have lost the phone number and also the email that links up to the luno and Google account, even the Gmail is lost.

I have written to luno support about 5 days ago, I only got an automated reply. And up till now I'm still waiting
