There are other factors to consider besides money

This is not true.

You can buy forex in the black market and deposit in your dom account.

It's only if you open a US$ dom account strictly to hold export proceeds that you may not be able to deposit cash into it

Let no one deceive you Crypto was not banned in Nigeria.

The CBN precluded Nigerian banks from knowingly engaging in transaction relating to crypto, this does not in anyway mean that engaging in crypto is a criminal activity in Nigeria!
