Problem with android I just saw on my samsung tab is that when am streaming music or video on a browser and I switch to another tab, the whole streaming stops. Which is quite ridiculous. On my blackberry z10, this is not an issue. I prefer blackberry, its just a more mature platform.

The problem with S4 starts frm differentiating ORIGINAL frm REFURBISHED....which Z30 do not have as a problem. Data consumption rate of S4 is much more with any network compared to Z30, ur HOTSPOT connection with other device on Z30 is INCOMPARABLE to S4. Now am using OS version 10.3 in my Z30 which gives it edge over 10.2, and yet it Dosnt mal-function....PLZ Z30 OVER s4 or ex4

s4 is adh(accidental damage due to handling) warranted, meaning if your s4 screen got broken your warranty is still intact....but subscription wise s4 is a no go area.it consume data like you are on pc.

the only point in ur post is the OS update. Pertaining to the warranty issue, there is difference between warranty and guaranty. Warranty deals with the fone software, maybe it has some factory problem while guaranty deals with hardware in the case of the broken screen... Cest Claire?

you are also wrong.

First, there is nothing like guaranty in HHP(hand held phone) after service but there is warranty.

Warranty for hand held devices covers software and hardware provided it is not customer damage. If your touch panel,screen goes blank or speaker stop working without any traceable damage from the customer, then it would be treated as warranty.....these are of course hardware parts of a phone.

But if it was damaged by the customer or there is any trace of liquid intrusion, then you are paying for service.

@op the samsung s5 went blank that is why it was treated as warranty,abeit if an s4 or s5 got broken it would still be treated as warranty because these brands of samsung are licençe with ADH(accidental damage due to handling). Any lower end phone from samsung that is customer damage automatically void its warranty. So op, you have no point as regards the broken tecno phone...warranty does not cover physical damage.
