Boeing deploys GE engines on just it's 747 , 767 ,777, 787 models but on other models it deploys Pratt &Whitney's , Rolls Royce, EA and CFMs... 787 uses either rolls Royce engines or GE engines , 737s have used Pratts , have used EAs and now later models CFMs. The CFM leap engine was what caused the displacement of the 737 max airframes aero dynamic balance so much much they had to deploy MCAS automatic trimmer software that caused both crashes .

GE does manufacture engines for Boeing commercial airplanes . I think what you should explain is why most airline around the world have grounded 737 .that model is so epidemic to engine failure ,I am not saying engine failure don't occur in other planes .
