Personal I feel this is an attack by Tahir Mamman on Southerners who crave for knowledge and education even at a very tender age like we’ve seen over the years. As a Northerner myself I really appreciate and love how our counterparts from the other divide are gaining grounds and breaking records at such tender/very young age. People like Soyinka, Rotimi Ameachi and the likes gained admission into various Universities quite early and graduate at just 19- 23 years aggregate. Which enabled them to become who they are.
