Yesterday I was opportuned to see a retired nurse who has not been payed for 7 months,even after complaining,the government keep coming up with different scams,biometric clearance upon biometric clearance,verification exercises popping up just to delay the payment,the last time was a week to Christmas.
The local government retirees are suffering and something should be done about this.They served too well to be treated that way.
The state governor should do something about this in other to save lives.

The sentence is syntactically correct
well put grammar but semantically off it

The problem here is since you tryin to put up a fact your sentence should be both syntactically and semantically correct in other to get the picture

moreover reading it backwards would break the words which is not ought to happen...........
