So you have noticed the trend too? I think the male moderators are the ones who push those threads to front page.

There is one moderator that when people start a thread they call his name and he is quick to answer like when you whistle for your dog.

I read somewhere on this forum that he has a female child his eagerness to promote hateful female bashing threads baffles me.

You are just a very stupid person.

This op reminds me of a snake who desperately trys to manuever its way out of a corner when backed into one, with her flawed and biased arguments.

Those of you who engage with her really try, she is making my brain dull already with her counter arguments. Kindly let to keep shut
FamilyRe: How Much Is The Cost Of A DNA Paternity Test In Nigerian Hospitals? by Ellaria(f): 2:49pm On Jan 02, 2021
YourCoffin:
I don't know why Nigerians especially the women see DNA testing as an abomination. It should have been a normal procedure by now. In the US before a father's name is appended on a child's birth certificate, a DNA test is usually carried out. Same thing should be applicable here.
I'm female and I don't see anything wrong with DNA testing at all. Only women with skeletons in their closets will balk at DNA testing.
FamilyRe: How Much And How Long Does It Take To Do DNA Paternity Test In Nigeria? by Ellaria(f): 2:29pm On Jan 02, 2021
ShyCypher:
You are painfully stupid.

I provided estimates because the last known fee to me was 100k (about last year). Anythin' might have changed in this economic downturn. I don't want to tell him 100k now and he gets there & finds out its like 120k, which is why I used d word "roughly" & asked him to state his seriousness so I can now make a formal enquiry 4 him.

What's the point askin' about rates if no one is comin' 4 it?
Funny thing is, I'm actually doin' him a massive favour cuz if he comes through me, he'll most definitely get lower rates insead of "official price".

But typical Nigerians, are so intelligent & psychic that they can actually tell what others are thinkin' but cannot solve their own simplest problems - which in your case is chronic stupidity.

I advise you also enrol 4 the DNA test to be certain you don't share the same genes with Bobrisky.

Good day.
I know this is an old thread and post from 2017, but your flawless and savage response had me doing a standing ovation in my head. grin

FamilyRe: Nairaland Christmas Giveaway 2020 by Ellaria(f): 5:22pm On Dec 26, 2020
That you sent 2 PMs doesn't mean she has to or must select you. I have been reading this thread in guest mode and seeing people behave badly with a sense of entitlement to this lady's money.

One person even said do I have to kill goat for you to see my mail or answer mail? What sort of rude behaviour is that? It was so annoying, people begging with zero humility and grace in them.

She has a criteria she's following, she also explained at one point that priority will be given to students and people with children because it's harder when children are hungry and students don't work. It is like saying because you applied for a job twice at Google or NNPC they must shortlist you for an interview.

Pocohantas God bless you and well done. In the future if you want to do this sort of thing again, pls I will be glad to lend support with the screening and selection process.

All this mannerless people I saw on your thread who don't know how to talk or ask for things nicely, will learn manners by force and should not be benefitting from your generosity with such bad attitude.

Merry Christmas everyone . Drop your outfit for Xmas let’s see
You are a very handsome man and your smile is so beautiful.

I wu onye Igbo?
I maka. grin
You could have complimented him without bringing tribe into it. You are in the habit of doing this and writing in Igbo on a forum that is not peculiar to any particular tribe and where English is actually the language of communication.

Please stop it, it doesn't speak well of you at all, it is bad manners and it's in poor taste.

FamilyRe: Ladies Why Do We Keep Deceiving Ourselves? by Ellaria(f):
BadBitch:
First of all, we're still very much in a patriarchal society, where women are shamed and bullied for not being married before thirties, I mean, the males on nairaland, even have a term "evening newspaper" an insult reserved for "single women" that are older than 27... Parents join in the circus as well, and you're wondering why some women "pressure" for marriage in the Nigerian society? For peace of mind, security, going with the "norm" and all the other privileges that come with being a married woman in this country. Anyday I step out without a wedding ring, I see the difference in how men and women regard me. And as for praying and religion and whatnot, we pray for everything in this failed state. Pray for light, water, security, health, admissions, food, so why the heck won't people pray for husband, or wife or children??

Many women are working their asses off, to make income to support the family. Many are even breadwinners, and you're here claiming women don't share financial roles? In Nigeria the poverty capital of the world? You must be kidding. Even the stay at home moms, still do business, and cover chores that would have cost a lot of money to get done if outsourced.
Catering, laundry and cleaning services are expensive services in saner climes. Not to talk of when children are now in the mix. Also the cost of them not pursuing their dreams and career goals, just to keep the home front in check.

And as for red pills or whatever the fok they call themselves, dem go dey alright. This is Nigeria, ignorance is the order of the day. Keep your pills within your borders tho'
You really are a bad ass chic for this post. I hail and will like the comment a thousand times over if I could.

We are indeed a failed state where we practically pray for everything that in other countries it's a given.

I remember my friend praying for and about her visa application to Ireland for Masters like mad. All because she has a green passport from a certain country.
