B1/B2 Visa fee is now 57,600. The exchange rate actually caused a reduction and not an increase.

Good day nairalanders, I have been a silent reader here...I want to apply for a German medical visa,I got all the required document from the hospital in Germany..I also want to use this opportunity to attend a cousins wedding in France which is just some days after my consultation with the German hospital.
My question now is,do I need to go with both the doctors appointment in Germany and my cousins wedding invitation document?
