Amad used to be so tenacious and a press monster. Now he just strolls around most of the time. Something is off with him.

Omo. The first thing the board should do this summer is to get rid of Luke Shaw. He's lost his pace. The way he was out-ranned in that counter was scary.

Lmao it's like the optics is flying over your head. It's a lose lose situation for you.
Either it's true and the leaders of Iran are too cowardly to admit their acts or it's false and nairaland Adam is talking rubbish. Either way, it doesn't look good .

at the start of the war

iran sent this to the un

remember how president pezeshkian apologized to the gulf arab countries and iran has bombed them everyday since then

iran has adopted a policy of strategic ambiguity

the strait of hormuz is not closed
we are not targeting gulf countries
we did not strike azerbaijan and turkey

but everyone with more than two brain cells know the score

and it works
because everyone implicitly accepts that the genocidal warts are indeed capable of conducting false flag attacks to pull in uninterested parties

-Lord
You're here on nairaland saying one boasting, Iran's cowardly leadership is refuting it. Who should I believe between you and the leaders in Iran....?

What's the relationship with this response and Iran denying they carried out the attacks Adam was boasting about?

Realmrsean:
next time, done house an aggressor, or better still, leash your aggressor to not steer the hornets nest.

Iran sent cluster missiles to Haifa refinery in Israel and other targets too yesterday.

If there's any coward in this conflict, it's the USA, they re cowards in the sense that they joined hands with Israel to fight Iran , 2 against 1. So it's USA that is the real cowards here..

These gulf countries too are complicits to helping them too, they use their base to intercept and launch missiles

ATACMS missiles has been launched from Kuwait to Iran in this war..

So don't blame Iran for retaliating or escalating, blame the coward bully, USA and also the gulf countries for housing their bases which they use to carry out these surveillance and attacks against iran
Another analogy for you. Lagos state and River State partner to bomb Imo state. Instead of Imo state to face the aggressor states that attacked it, they are now attacking Abia, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyi who didn't do them anything and at the same time beating chest how they're dealing with the enemy. It's actually laughable to say the least.

It's almost akin to what IPoB is doing in the Southeast with the lockdown. Instead of them to take the fight to Abuja and protest against the people responsible for Kanu's ordeal, they're busy shutting the SE down and killing fellow South Easterners in the name of protest, while boasting how they're teaching Federal government lessons. Meanwhile, South East is suffering.

this thing Una dey talk makes you guys no difference from all these politicians both home and abroad that sees white and call it black.

Qatar hosts air bases of USA who is an aggressor of this war.

This aggressor has struck irans oil, how do you want Iran to respond? Because this USA hasn't struck Iran military targets, hence Iran can't attack the USA airbase in Qatar in reciprocating. So Iran has to choose another target which is Qatar oil fields because it houses the aggressors bases to which they use ..

Do you guys shut off your brains with sentiments or what ?

If you harbour a thief that came to stole from me in your house, and I can't attack the thief directly, maybe because the thief after attacking me, has ran away, or some other reasons, you that harboured the thief, I'll uproot your house and even uproot you evenly..

Don't you guys switch to little common sense and logic sometimes?
So Sean if you cannot strike the lion that mauled you, you now burn down your neighbor's ban and start beating your chest? Ehnn...undecided

That is the typical coward's way of reaction, striking the weak to save face before the strong. Qatar did not launch the assault on South Pars, nor lend its soil or sky to the deed. Iran knows the true target sits beyond reach, so it bullies the smaller host, hoping to drag the region into wider fire while hiding from direct reckoning.

You're really the one that has shut off reasoning and logic to make excuses for blatant aggression against a neutral nation that even leaned towards Iran during the opening days of the war.

Oya let's reason together, just last night alone......
Israel bombs Iran's gas and in response,

Iran bombs Qatar's gas
Iran's ballistic missile killed 6 Palestinians
Hezbollah missile landed in Gaza

Meanwhile, Israel's gas remains unbombed, the US has gas unbombeb as well .

If with your left sided logic , you can't see how cowardly and irrational Iran is acting, I can't help you.

This is not tit for any tat. Qatar didn't attack Iran neither was her airspace used to attack them yet Iran went and bombed them totally unprovoked. This is cowardice 💯. Instead of them to face who is dealing with them, they're looking for a small nation to bully.

Realmrsean:
can you list me the objectives of Iran and Israel?

As for where I know that from, I knew it form their demands during the negotiations that led to this war
Alright, the US is more focused on strategic containment and non-proliferation of anything nuclear Iran wants to achieve. Trump and Hegseth has said if there will be any regime change, its the Iranian people that will do it, not the US. Israel on the other hand prioritizes immediate security threats and regime weakening. Iran's goals are mainly defensive and retaliatory, you're correct here.

Possible US Objectives;

1. Eliminate Iran's ballistic missile and drone capabilities by destroying their production lines, launchers, and stockpiles as much as possible.
2. Neutralising Iran's navy and military infrastructure.
3. Prevent nuclear weapon development by degrading all their nuclear facilities
4. Secure US hegemony in the Middle East and further strengthen relations with allies.

Israeli Objectives;

1. Prevent a nuclear armed Iran by all means
2. Weaken and possibly eliminating all Iranian proxies in the region and making them toothless.
3. Achieve regime change or severe weakening of the regime's leadership by wiping out the current political and military leadership structure creating a climate for regime change.
4. Enhance border security especially on the Lebanese front.
5. Long term deterrence and shifting regional power dynamics that will be favourable to Israel.

Iran's Objectives;

1. Retaliation of the highest level that will deter and prevent further attacks against Iran and all its interests.
2. Mobilize proxies for asymmetric warfare. This is where Hezbollah, Houthis, Hamas and other militias come in.
3. Preserve regime survival and avoiding total collapse of leadership.
4. Expand regional influence over the Gulf as against US and Israeli interests.
5. Maintaining nuclear capabilities by all means and to continue nuclear advancements covertly or overtly.

Realmrsean:
this is a good question you have asked.

The onus of winning lies on the aggressor and his clear set out terms.

Iran's goal so far is to survive this aggression and to make sure that USA/Israel does not achieve these their military goals.

You see, it's 2 different goals here.

I came to your house to carry your TV, radio, couch etc, I am the one that set out the terms of my mission, it's your mission to see I don't succeed..
No matter how I beat you, so long as you make sure I don't succeed in my mission, you re good to go..

So you see, Iran is the one on defense, it's like mourinho who is packing the box against guariddiloa playing tiki taka..
You can celebrate the flicks, skills , possession but match is still stalemate at most, and when it's 90 mins, and it ends 0-0, you loose.. hahahaha..

You see it's 2 different goals and missions..

So to answer your question, Iran hasn't won yet because the war hasn't ended..

So I don't know why all the gloats and stuffs.
I see, but didn't ask if Iran had won, I asked if they're winning so far?

But that aside, back to your initial American/Israeli military objectives in Iran, where did you get that from? From the Israelites or Americans because I can tell you both countries have different objectives in this war...
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ellexy: 8:22am On Mar 18
Realmrsean:
I have asked this question a thousand times here and no one has ever given me a an answer.

USA/Israel military objectives in Iran is as follows

1) destruction of their nuclear uranium

2) enforcing a regime change and installing a puppet to do their bidding

3) destroy their ballistic missile programme and capabilities

4) opening of straight of Hormuz..

These are the clear objectives of USA/Israel, 2 supposed super powers ganging up and fighting against Iran .

Now if Iran military is just useless, why haven't 2 supposed military super powers achieved 1, 1 not 2.. just only 1 of these goals after almost 1 month of their illegal war of aggression against the Persians

Can any one of you pro Zionist give me a clear cut answer?
Before I address those talking points, let me ask you a very simple question..... Is Iran winning this war?

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ellexy: 6:28pm On Mar 17
On the homefront, the thought process of the North need to be studied. They were on the street and in schools protesting that Isreal and America bombed Khamenei to death.

Going by that precedent, you would have expected them to shut down the whole North because of the Maiduguri bomb blasts that claimed the lives of their brothers but they're no where to be found. They're busy praying for Maiduguri instead of protesting.

They can protest and march for an Iranian but they can't protest and match for their brothers and sisters over there.

Are we about to see the end of NATO grin
It depends on who succeeds Trump. America has been doing the heavy liftings in NATO yet the Europeans seem entitled. The Europeans are funny, they've been crying to America to help with the Russian war if aggression against Ukraine and without America, Ukraine would have fallen since but when America calls for their help, they're nowhere to be found.
