plz take note, Wike did not get all the council bosses. The federal high court NULLIFIED their elections in the ground of illegality. So don't it with that of Gov. Lalong who authocratically sacked elected council bosses. PDP has respect for rule of law.

The presiding judge is so funny. The case was a common sense judgement. The pdp went to court to stop inec from releasing the inec register to the apc, and the judge said 'maintain status quo'. Clearly it means 'inec, don't release the inec register'. How in the hell does that translate to 'don't conduct elections?' the issue of whether risec were right to conduct the election without the released inec register is a different case entirely. Is that justice akanbi a judge at all? And this judgement is supposed to be enforced? By the police? Buhari has clearly sold out the southern arm of his party. That was how he watched on while ayo fayose used 5 lawmakers to chase out 17 lawmakers and impeached the speaker with 5 out of 22 members and slapped a judge. APC was persecuted during patience Jonathan 's regime and still being persecuted today. Na wonder tanoids call him baba go slow.

if it is accepted that it is the duty of the bureaucracy to enact the Senate rules, then there is nothing fraudulent in it because it is a role legally assigned to them. But if your position that the "election/position of the deputy Senate leader is not tenable" is anything to go by, it means that the entire Senate leaders should vacate their seat because it is the same debate rule that binds them all.
