the difference is that APC is the party in govt white PDP is the major opposition party.
He should not be ashamed of himself for speaking the truth. Under PDP govt, we never had it this bad, the economy and security was still within control.

The arrest of Bodmas is simply to frighten and mute him and others from speaking against the failed govt of Buhari. But the fact remains that no amount of intimidation that can stop Nigerians from expressing their feelings.

The security chiefs are one major problem bedevilling this country. Why would a right thinking security official attribute the causes of insecurity in Nigeria to resource control, and secession?
Are the Boko Haram fighting for resource control?
Are the Fulani herdsmen killing because they want to cede from Nigeria?
How does the destruction of farms by herders relate to resource control or secession. This have shown clearly that even the army chief does not understand nature of the job he has been commissioned to undertake.

Everyone in ONELGA and Orashi by extension is talking about #EndSARS #ENDSARSBrutality #EndPoliceBrutality #ReformPolice.
Those are issues affecting us no doubt, but the talking point should also include #EndFloodingInOrashi #DredgeOrashiRiver #ProtectOurShores.
Flood related menace has affected us in Orashi region more greatly than SARS. But government at all levels have paid little or no attention to it.
The situation in Rivers State, Orashi and ONELGA in particular should be likened to farmers /herders situation in which farmers produce are being destroyed on daily basis without remorse but with intimidation and killings. ONELGA produces but government consumes leaving her with poverty and sufferings.
The money used in building the over head bridges simultaneously in Port Harcourt if invested in Orashi region, will see an end to the end annual flood menace confronting Orashi region.
Year after year, people are been displaced by flood, farm lands (crops, plants, etc.) ravaged, leaving hunger in the land. At the end, NEMA, State Government, Local Governments will come to distribute 2 cups of rice and 3 inches foams, in the name of relief materials, with over bloated budgetary allocations.
We don’t need those materials any more! What we need is dredging of Orashi river, we need protection of our shores, we need drainages.

It will be detrimental to the Nigerian state if the protest calling for the scrap of SARS honored.
Go through the videos and pictures of the protesters, one will without doubt be convinced that the protesters are the cyber criminals.
While I accept that the mode of operation of SARS officials is very crude and uncivil, I will not support the call for total scrap of the unit, rather the unit should be overhauled in order to inject civility in the operations.
