So the sensible thing to do is build your team around him to maximize his strengths.
If it’s by running around, Daniel James would have still been here.

Some clubs have the same structure, and it’s working for them. they sign players for their systems and maintain the same back room staff, they only change the manager and one or two assistants every now and then.

Also, we can’t sack Ole’s back room staff, they got their contracts a few weeks ago. If we sack them, we will be in trouble financially. We need a sensible and experienced manager that will work with them, not one that will bring a new back room team.

It’s an interesting model, maintain a back room staff, and change the head coach every now and then. We can’t afford to be sacking everyone everytime.
