If you no hold enough bar(like say 40 to 50k) and you wan flex for mami then na die you dey so. Everything except water and beer are expensive in mami so if you don't have enough money just buy your food flask and jeje focus on camp food but still hold 20 to 30k for hand for other things.

Maami in ogun camp food cost at least 300 - indomie/spaghetti/yam and egg also swallow and rice and meat/pomo. U can get Akara in maami n bread cost 70,80,100,120 and 150. Smoothie cost 200 or 250. There are variety of things there. I would advice you go with provisions.
If you are person that understands himself /herself 20k would be enough 4 u. I didn't go with 50k and I eat in maami all the time. The only thing I collect from camp kitchen is rice. All u av to do is b smart in ur spending and don't let camp life overwhelm you. If u av 50k good, if you don't, go with what you av. You'll definitely survive.

I made 10 photocopies of each document, but I believe 5 photocopies is enough. N 8 passport photographs would be enough also.

My people am so sorry for being absent here for awhile, is due to the congested and regimented nature of camp life.

I have missed all of una here including my precious Mandibeauty, trust me, I really miss u people and earnestly wish to hook up with any of my geez (guys and babes) here serving in Oyo state. My hostel is "Ajimobi wing B", am the hostel governor and am in 5 platoon. I really wanna meet una.
I hope to share my camp experience explicitly later before stream 2 orientation course commences, meanwhile the DG, Brig.Gen, S.Z. Kazaure visited our camp today and gave out gifts including a big cow for our variety night. I will speak more about my camp experiences later, goodnight famz.

He also promised us a big cow in ogun state. I pray we get to see all the meat.

I guess you're all having a swell time at your various Orientation camps? But it seems the compulsory early morning and evening drills have made most of us deserted this thread ..

The soldiers in Nonwa Gbam-Tai Orientation camp here in Rivers state are so annoying. Today just when I was about buying a Venza in my dream, they came and chased all of us out of the room thereby disrupting my sweet dream.

By the way, the SAED programme started here today. I can categorically tell you all that it is one of the most boring lectures I have ever attended in my entire life, you all need to see the way yours faithfully was battling with sleep today in the hall . I haven't had enough sleep for the past a week now since I arrived in this camp , all thanks to these merciless soldiers. I didn't know NYSC camp was like this, else I for no come I swear, lol.

Anyway, As the time goes I'll share my experience with you guys who are yet to be deployed for service.

You guys should also come in and share your experience oo. Where my men them?

My bro, it was exceptionally boring. I thank God my platoon officer n assistant came late, so we had chance to talk, if not I would av spent alot of time sleeping. And we all have to sign attendance sheet in my camp. I promise to try coming online to share my experiences with stream 2 guys. Camp is not easy yet it's fun.

My camp is not that bad though. No light in my hostel.
After wasting my time filling my data online, i was given kit meant for a primary 6 kid.
First day was chai, stood for 3 hours to fetch one bucket of water.
Water is a major ish there.
Kitchen food is 'so help me God'. Ate only their okpa.
Mammy market is good but expensive foods.
The soldiers are a bit nice. Lots of interesting people. The ladies are leeches. They don't think twice before giving out their numbers. I will miss alot sha. left after swearing in ceremony. Would be back on the 11th.

I'm sorry 4 calling u bro dear. For those in stream 2 just make sure you take enough cash and ration your eating habits.

In Osun state, Ede camp a plate of food is #300.The food is very reasonable, moreover you can choose to buy lesser than that. Electricity is top notch. Water runs almost every min of the day.

Same here bro in ogun state. I charge my phone in my room, I have a socket close to my bed. Plate of rice is 300 or 250 while spaghetti/ indomie and egg is 300, yam and egg is 300,Nescafe coffee 150, toast bread 100 for one, zobo is 50 or 100, corn is 50, smoothie is 250 0r 200, sharwama is 700. Kitchen food is like malaria. I've only taken bread n rice, d food small die, they'll take 80 naira agege and divide it in2 two, rice two small serving spoons but aside dat it's a good camp. Made friends already and enjoying my experiences.
