Hello PCMs, my month of birth is August but September was documented by NYSC. How can I change it? Anyone with an idea?

Firstly,Is d date of birth on ur waec result correct? If d answer is yes. Apply 4 Change of DOB on ur dashboard, I think nysc will adjust ur date of birth using Wat is on ur waec result, I think you'll av 2 get waec verification pin 4 300 @ first bank.

Yeah keep trying, it happens like dat sometimes, once u r able to successfully generate d RRR u can either go 2 d bank n pay or use ur ATM preferably MasterCard but visa works too. because of This network issue I'd advice u go 2 d bank.

Hey bro, RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) is generated wen u click on make payment, it's like d account no u use in paying to nysc thru remita, it is unique to each PCM (no two persons can use d same RRR). It doesn't just appear on the dashboard after registration. Hope this helps.

Mehn! ! I've already collected my medical certificate from the medical Centre in my school(unn) but the certificate didn't entail all (in fact none ) of the tests u mentioned..

Does it mean I should go and ask them to do another one which includes those tests? Abi I should relax and carry this one is have as its stamped with doctors details and other stuffs

Hey bro, as long as it has the Dr details u can as well use it, I just shared to inform those who had no knowledge on the test to be taken and the way about the medical certificate stuff. Hope this helps

i will like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone on this platform for their contributions and distribution of invaluable information about the scheme. I have been a silent follower of this thread and i must say that you guys assisted a great deal during my registration. I have registered for batch A but dúe to some personal issues that requires optimum time dedication,i might not be able to serve if called for the first batch. Please i need urgent response to the underlisted questions:
1. can i serve with the 2017 batch 2 next year even when i have registered főr the first batch?
2. If yes,what do i need to do to ensure i get mobilised főr the second batch?
3. Are there negative consequences of not going to camp when mobilised after registration, if yes,will it inhibit chances of mobilisation with the second batch?

From my understanding there are no negative consequences if you get mobilized and don't show up.
If u register n get mobilized with stream 1 Batch A but u couldn't make it n you'll be available to join stream 2 batch A all u av to do is print ur call up letter again
Note:ur call up no wouldn't change but your state of deployment might
(ur call-up no didn't change because U r still going 2 camp with the same batch but a different stream)
If u register for 2017 batch A n wouldn't b available to follow batch A but would be available to join 2017 batch, all you av 2 do is apply 4 revalidation not remobilisation wen batch B registration commences.
Note: Revalidation applies to PCMs who were deployed in a previous batch but never reported.
Remobilization is for those who ABSCONDED or never finished service & are now ready to conclude their service year.

I don't understand what u mean by skipping camp, if u mean u won't go 4 d 21 days orientation camp then I don't think it's necessary but if u mean you'll go 2 camp with another batch then I think you'll still av 2 do it.

*ON THE CERTIFICATE OF MEDICAL FITNESS*


Having been informed that all PCMs are to compulsorily present the Certificate of Medical Fitness as one of the requirements for entry into the Camp, the following are the tests that each PCM is expected to undergo:

1. HIV
2. Genotype
3. Blood group
4. HBsaG
5. PCV
6. HCV
7. Urinalysis

Also, it is expected that the REGISTRATION NUMBER and PHONE NUMBER of the doctor in charge of the test must appear on the certificate for verification. This was made known by an NYSC official during the question and answer session held on twitter few days ago.

kindly take note of this and share with friends and concerned PCMs.

It's part of the requirements needed to gain entry into the orientation camp. So I'll advice you start making arrangements towards getting one.

hello,good afternoon guys.i made my payment for the nysc call up letter via my Gtb atm card at the cafe last friday around 8:00 am but after inputing all d atm card details,the computer was displaying "processing" for over 30mins.so i stopped it,went to the atm post nd withdrew the money and went ahead to zenith bank to pay it.i got the etranzact receipt in my gmail.but up till this moment,i have not been able to print out my green card because my dashboard still displays that i should make payment.
I don't seem to understand this anymore and am so worried.plz,what can i do ??

Check if you received any successful payment email in ur inbox. If not go back to the bank you paid also lay a complaint thru message to support@remita.net. Hope this helps.

My people abeg help o. This one dn pass be careful. It's been over 24hrs now since I made the nysc call up letter payment at access bank but it hasn't reflected on my dashboard yet. Instead after checking 'get status', it shows 'fail(no such order request) .I've sent emails,no reply. Called them, number switched off. I'd really appreciate a helpful advice now please as I'm already feeling very agitated.

Go back to the bank you paid to, with ur teller n proof of payment. Also send a message to support@remita.net
Nysc call helpline as usual is always switched off n any message to nysc support will show incomplete delivery. So go 2 d bank n complain n also send a mail 2 remita

Yeah try going to the bank, I think master card is wat most pple av been using, I used my friend's own to pay. If there's network issue @ d bank, u can try again with ur visa card early in d morning say 2 or 3 am
