Health / Trying To Conceive A Child?... [this Fibroid Story Is A Must Read] by Emeka046(m): 9:11am On Apr 20, 2018
My name is Laura, I want to share my story for those who are dealing with fibroids and have plans to get them eliminated permanently.
In the summer of 2015 I was diagnosed with having a 9 cm fibroid. A specialist recommended I get it removed before having babies.

I put it off, as I had no immediate plans for children, it wasn’t causing me any pain, and I ended up relocating for another job.
Fast forward to summer 2016— I found a gynecologist in my new city with great reviews and he made the same the recommendation for an abdominal myomectomy.

But this time, the fibroid was bigger! It started to make my stomach poke out and sometimes I looked as though I was 5 months pregnant.
I also started experiencing severe abdominal pain, extremely heavy periods and even developed blood clots! It was terrible. I had no choice but to schedule the surgery.

For me, it felt like a leap of faith because there are so many risks with major surgery. But I prayed for God to get me through it and on September 15, 2016, the fibroid which had grown to 16 cm was successfully removed with a horizontal incision!

The first 3-4 days of recovery were the hardest. There was pain but I managed it with meds. I came home two days after surgery. After the surgery, I was able to walk, drive, and do minor things around the house.

But I couldn’t get pregnant immediately, then after more than one year of post-surgery in November, 2017. I started witnessing similar symptoms I had before the surgery and I went for medical examination only to find out that I have 3 different fibroids re-growing in my Uterus.

I was utterly devastated to the extent that I have to stop work because I do experience abdominal cramps, soreness and fatigue. This time I started looking for alternative solution as I don’t was to go under the knife again.

Luckily for me in December 2018, a friend referred me to a website that sells a Proven Natural Cure Guide which she used to eliminate her Fibroids without surgery and I decided to give it a trial as I am in desperate need of solution.

You can visit the website here (without spacing)>>> http://bit. ly/fibroremedy

I keyed into the Natural Treatment program and started implementing it from December, 2017 and to my greatest surprised.
When I went for check-up in February, 2018 after scans doctor declared me fibroid free. That day was the happiest day of my life after my wedding day.

Today, I am 2 months pregnant hoping to deliver my baby safely in 7 months time.
My overall recovery has been smooth and I have resumed work.

I’m so happy to be relieved of this fibrous tissues hence I decided to share my story to inspire others.

Health / The Story Of A Woman Who Suffered Fibroid & Childlessness For 10yrs & Overcame! by Emeka046(m): 3:16pm On Apr 13, 2018
‘I look PREGNANT but I’m not expecting BABIES’
------------------------------------------------------------------

My name is Kate, I wish to share my story on the agony I went through having fibroids without pregnancy for over 10years before I finally got a solution to it.

I know that many women today go about with protruding stomach even when they are not pregnant.

It is common to find women looking fat at the waist region without being pregnant as a recent study shows that about seven in every 10 black women are, affected by fibroids.

Today, Statistics from hospitals also reveal that at least one in every four Nigerian women will develop one or more fibroids in her lifetime.
Fibroids are no doubt part of the contributor to the increase in needless deaths among women.

Quite a number of women who died, even celebrities, have been linked to complications arising from fibroids. That’s why I decided to share my story to inspire and also help others.

My life was made difficult living with fibroids. I married at the age of 30, and I’ve had this bulky stomach for years which made me to struggle with frequent symptoms like persistent bleeding, frequent urination, and cramping.

The bleeding sometimes comes so heavy that I would be confined within the walls of my bedroom for days. Even my finances are not spared as I uses between 7 and 11 pads a day anytime I am menstruating.

The pains and bleeding were so unbearable that I did whatever that comes my way including patronising native doctors. “I have looked for solution from even places you cannot imagine but at the end of the day, there was no relief.

Everybody thought it was, a spiritual problem until it was finally confirmed that I have uterine fibroids.

At this point, desperation set in…

In a desperate move to end the pain and at the same time have a child, I reasoned that:

“Many people have advertised all sorts of cure which I have tried, all of the herbs that you can imagine and most didn’t work whereas others worked for a while, but they’re very expensive because I have to keep on going.”

Within a space of Seven years after marriage, I’ve had several miscarriages. It became so bad that I resigned from my job.

Although, medical diagnosis revealed I have about seven fibroids in the uterine cavity, where the foetus would have occupied if all was well, I never backed down on my determination to give my husband a child.

Just like every other Nigerian woman, I visited many prayer houses in search of solution. Unfortunately, the fibroids continued to increase in size, causing more harm and discomfort.

“Fibroids have compromised my career and life but knowing I may never be able to conceive is my worry. I’m not giving up on my desire to have children,” I said to myself.

Months after months, my cycle started getting longer and longer. “It felt like I was bleeding all the time. My energy was low, and my relationships were strained.

My bleeding was so severe that I felt very vulnerable and tied to my home. I did not want to be embarrassed. I was always having lower abdominal swelling and this has persisted for years.

“I was also having constipation even after eating a full plate of fruits. I was afraid of doing surgery for some reasons. There have been stories about people who could not conceive after surgery.

The worst part is that so many women have lost their lives after a complicated fibroid surgery”.

Meanwhile, in one of my sojourn in a hospital, I met Felicia who later became my friend.

An accountant, she had similar case to mine. She was married at age 28, after she obtained a master’s degree from the University of Lagos in 2003, Felicia never have any inclination what life held in store for her.

Unfortunately, after two years of a blissful marriage and continuous sexual activity without any sign of pregnancy, she decided to consult a gynaecologist.

She visited many hospitals until she was finally diagnosed of uterine fibroids which threatened her pregnancy in the past before she finally conceived as she is pregnant now.

In my interaction with her, she narrated the ordeal she passed through to me but on the contrary, she told me that she was presently undergoing a six-step natural treatment program which have helped her to significantly eliminate most of her fibroids within one month of starting the natural elimination program.

On hearing this….

I instantly grew goose pimples as I itched to hear more of this strange natural solution.

She took time to explain to me how she stumbled on a site online that specializes in educating women on how to naturally eliminate fibroids without operation and giving useful tips about fibroids natural cure.

She stated that at first she was not serious with the guides and tips the site usually publish until when they published a book that extensively explained how to follow a six-step outlined program to naturally eradicate fibroids.

She told me that at first she was not interested in the book but due to the severity of her situation she decided to buy it and try out the program in it.

But one thing she pointedly said is that she really followed the step-by-step process judiciously and to her surprise, barely one month after implementing the natural program she came to the clinic for her routine checkup and the result revealed that…

Out of the 5 bigger fibroid tissues she had before 3 of them have completely dissolved and the other two have drastically reduced in size which shows that they can also fully dissolve within the next month.

I didn’t waste time to collect the website address from her. (You can see the website below).

When I went home, I visited the site, did all that is necessary and also followed suit in that same program with all seriousness.

In fact, to cut the long story short, in less than three months of following this same program I completely eliminated all the uterine fibroids naturally without operation.

You can visit the same site here (without spacing)>>> http:// bit. ly/fibroremedy

Today, I am 3 months pregnant without any threat of fibroid and I have already christened my baby Miracle because I will deliver this baby after 10years of childlessness.

Health / How To Manage And Eliminate Uterine Fibroids Part 1 by Emeka046(m): 1:35am On Mar 11, 2018
Uterine fibroids (also called uterine leiomyomas) are extremely common. In fact, about 75 percent of women experience them at some point in their lives. Ranging in size from a few millimeters, or about the size of a pea, to the size of a grapefruit, fibroids are “the most frequent indication for major gynecologic surgery,

They’re non-cancerous tumors found within the uterine walls, often resulting in a change in the size or shape of the uterus as well as several unpleasant symptoms. Because they normally develop within the uterine wall, they are also called “uterine fibroids.”

While some women deal with pain, menstrual changes and other complications due to having fibroids, they can also be symptomless. Because it isn’t always obvious if you have fibroids, it’s a great idea for all women to take steps to naturally prevent these common uterine growths.

Some risk factors for fibroids are out of your control, but there are many you can manage. These includes things like eating higher-quality meat (especially beef), adding more detoxifying foods such as leafy green vegetables into your diet, and drinking less alcohol.

There are also a lot of steps you can take to help balance your hormones naturally, which is a key part of prevention and natural fibroid treatment.

8 Natural Treatments for Fibroids
----------------------------------------------
1. Avoid foods that make fibroids worse.
2. Eat foods that help relieve fibroids.
3. Try supplements that aid in fibroid reduction.
4. Turn to essential oils.
5. Sip on herbal teas.
6. Try castor oil packs.
7. Avoid exposure to environmental toxins.
8. Exercise.

Foods to eliminate or limit in order to reduce your risk include:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
• High-Fat, Processed Meats. High-fat, processed meats are some of the worst food choices for women when it comes to fibroids. Foods high in unhealthy fats, like non-organic/processed meats or trans-fats (think hamburgers and processed breakfast sausages), can increase inflammation levels.

• Conventional Dairy. Non-organic dairy can be high in steroids, hormones and other chemicals that may alter your hormones levels when eaten in high amounts, which encourages the development and growth of fibroids.

• Refined Sugar. Consuming a lot of refined sugar can promote inflammation and lead to weight gain. It may also increase pain and reduce immune function. T

• Refined Carbohydrates. Managing hormones not only involves the elimination of sugars from the diet, but also refined carbohydrates. Refined carbs — like products made with white, bleached flour — cause insulin levels to spike and hormones to become out of whack.

• Alcohol. Over-consuming alcohol can definitely contribute to increased inflammation throughout the body. It also reduces immune function; can promote weight gain; and encourages hormonal imbalances. By reducing or eliminating alcohol, you can help to get your hormones back on track and hopefully help shrink existing fibroids.

• Caffeine. Too much caffeine is taxing on your body, especially your liver. When you give your liver more work to do than it can handle, it isn’t going to do as good of a job at keeping your hormones in check. The more you can keep your alcohol and caffeine consumption down, the easier it is for your liver to detoxify your body and keep your hormones in proper, fibroid-discouraging balance.

Health / Lifestyle Factors That Influence Fibroids by Emeka046(m): 10:34pm On Mar 06, 2018
=========================================
It is worthy to note here that taking birth control pills can shut down normal ovary function. A diet full of xenobiotics (foods that are alien to your body) can hinder metabolism and prescription drugs can also negatively affect the menstrual cycle by impairing the functioning of the hypothalamus.

Besides, stress invoked by either lack of sleep, emotional issues, anxiety or pressure in your daily routine has been scientifically proven to contribute to uterine fibroid formation as stress depresses your immune system, causes anovulatory cycles and elevates blood sugar levels.

Research findings have revealed that there is no single cause of uterine fibroid, it is a condition that is caused by several factors. These factors which can be external, mental and the disruption of the internal balance environment. These disruptions then manifest themselves as uterine fibroids and their accompanying symptoms.

Fibroids tend to run in families, and affected women often have a family history of fibroids. Women of African descent are two to three times more likely to develop fibroids than women of other races.

Fibroids grow in response to stimulation by the hormone estrogen, produced naturally in the body. These growths can show up as early as age 20, but tend to shrink after menopause when the body stops producing large amounts of estrogen.

The following factors trigger the growth of uterine fibroids:
• Insulin resistance and Hormonal Imbalance
• Weak Immune System
• Genetic predisposition / Family History
• Race
• Poor dieting
• Accumulation of toxins in the digestive tract

Health / how To Know If You Have Uterine Fibroids by Emeka046(m): 1:26pm On Jan 29, 2018
Due to the absence of symptoms most times, you may be wondering how you can know for sure if you have this condition. The answer involves a visit to the doctor.
If your leiomyomas (fibroids) are big enough, a doctor may be able to feel them during a pelvic examination. Smaller ones can be picked up via ultrasound. Ultrasound is the most common way to diagnose fibroids with advanced imaging, CT scans and MRIs are also used. Another method is saline infusion sonography, during which salt water is injected into the womb to help provide clear ultrasound images. This may become the most useful method, as it can distinguish fibroids from other lesions.
If you are interested in becoming pregnant, your doctor may suggest a test known as a hysterosalpingogram. This test outlines the uterus and fallopian tubes and can be useful in spotting abnormalities that your gynecologist should be aware of.
