Oga Viking, we have thousands of customers that make withdrawals and naturally some of these transactions fail (most times beyond our control). It behoves us to ensure once there is any complaint, we have it resolved as swiftly as possible.

You may also visit www.lslb.lg.gov.ng and chat with their customer care during working hours.

It works like a charm

We resolve within hours such issues that had probably been omitted or we have sufficient proof that the customer is not in default of any rules.
