Hi please I won a bet with 1960bet yesterday and
wanted to payout, they said I should upload my identity
document and wait for verification before payout is
complete. The issue here is the date of birth I used for
the 1960bet account is 10 years older than that on my
international passport (which I have uploaded), I want
to know if it will be verified for me because its a lot of
money I have in the account. Or is there anything else I
can do ? What annoyed me Is that they didn't ask me for any identity document when I was depositing 5k into the account its when I want to payout they're now asking.
