Enugu poverty rate is only second to Ebonyi in SE but look at IGR. Taxation is never a yardstick to measure economic growth. However, the governor has always emphasized his ambition to make Enugu top 3 GDP in Nigeria. Unlike waste side where Ogun GDP is below Imo and Anambra but they want to rub IGR on our face
