1) There are more people killed in the South West than the South East almost every year. Check with statisense.
2) Ask yourself why these so-called investors were not rushing down the South East even before the Biafran agitations. It's the lack of basic infrastructure, the main reason for the agitations.
3)If agitators target those they feelare responsible for their pain, that should be a discussion between the two groups.
4) South East is largely peaceful and commercial activities are still booming anongst the ordinary people .
