Hello please i need advice before proceeding with my application. I just returned from the U.S on a J1 visa for a 3 month research project. I am a graduate student of microbiology studying in Germany. I am planning to apply for B1 visa 3 months after leaving the U.S to attend a 5days conference of the American society of microbiology to give a presentation of my paper that was accepted for publication. Meanwhile while i was in the U.S i obtained SSN because my visa type made me eligible to obtain it and i departed 1 day before the time i was given. I did not have any criminal offence or any immigration law violation in my last visit. My ties in Germany are my education and i also just got a research assistant job in my school. These are my questions 1. Is too early to apply for another category of visa 3 months after my departure, although i have good reason for my next application? 2.Hope my SSN will not have any negative effect on my application? 3. What does the chance look like? 4. Does it make sense to use self sponsorship ? my last visit was sponsored by my aunt in the U.S |

hello, please I need an advice. I was refused uk visitor visa last month but I recently made a reapplication because I believe the reason for my refusal is now corrected. I was refused because my proof of student enrollment will end in a month and the large sum of money in my acc has an unknown origin. Now I stated in my new application that I am employed with a monthly income of 700 euros, however this salary is not stable and I worked in two different places in the past 6month whigh I have payslip of all my earningstuff and I have a new enrollment certificate that extends till 30.9 and a letter from my institute that I will finish my studies in 2018. my question is won't be ECO be concerned since my salary is not fixed? because sometimes it goes up to 1450 euros and sometimes 600 euros or should I include a cover letter to explan. I am a student here in Germany and my residence extends tI'll 2018 |
justwise:Thanks a lot, I hope it does not really mean as I am reapplying immediately? furthermore in my previous application I did not state that I am employed and I intend to include that now, I hope that won't have negative influence? |
Hello I was recently refused german visitor visa, although i am a student in germany and i have german residence permit that extends till june 2018. This are the reason stated for the refusal 1. You have applied for a visa to visit the Uk for 6 days 2. You state that you are a student. The document that you presented from your university show that your were enrolled on a course between 1.10.2016 and 31.3.2017 and there is no evidence of your ongoing studies beyond this date 3.As evidence of funds . you presented your bank acc with 3900 as at 13.2.2017 and there is no evidence of the origin of this large deposit In the light of the above i am not satisfied that you are seeking entry as a geniune visitor fora purpose permitted ot that you intend to leave UK on completion of your visit. I am not satisfied that there are sufficient fund to adequately cover the cost of your visit and maintain and accomodate you for the duration of your visit or meet the cost of your onward or return journey V4.2 (A, C. E) As i intend to reapply immediately because i now have a proof from my school that my studies extend till the end of the year, and my last 6 month payslip that showed i earned more than 4000 euros(which serves as origin of my income) and a new job contract that extends for 6 months. All these were not in my previous application. Waht are my chances? |
