they have responded to my contact. they listed some steps to recover my old ads which am yet to follow.
but my fears is that i searched for one of my ads but couldn't find it

tried to login into my old (about 3 years) account now only to see errors invalid login details i decided to request for a password through my verified number only to recieve a fresh password.
i logged in only to discover that that's fresh account.
i was soo depressed because I had many important chats with my client.
why will olx tamper with my account when i didn't in anyway violate their TSA am a genuine seller and also buyer.
please olx should fix this and restore my old account for me please.

I didn't say Samsung owns super amoled. I said they are the biggest mobile producers of the amoled screens. They supplied Nokia those screens for their first Lumia series. I understand Tecno has done a lot of improvements. For real.

But sadly there are no premium Tecno device when compared with HTC, Samsung, IPhone.

A premium device should support a good number of these:

-Support simultaneous video and image capture

-Stereo sound audio recording
-Audio zoom
-4k video shoot out capabilities
-Supports up to 128gb of memory card
-3GB/4GB ram
-qualcom 810 processor chipset clocked at least 2.5 Octa-core.
-4G global network LTE range
- USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 4.0

No Tecno phone is armed with any of these at least.

Any gorilla glass screen is from China. The costliest techno phones screens are , is 8k to 12k and that's not the price for gorilla glass screen in any market.

Let me cut to the chase more simply : For Tecno to arm any of its flagship with a corning gorilla 3 super amoled display screen resolution, it has to outsource the screen from either Samsung ( which are the largest producers of super amoled displays for mobile ) or from other 3rd party OEM'S and that will move the price of the phantom Z way up.

The only reason Tecno, infinix, gionee and Co entered phone business is because android happened to be free for any one to use.

listen tecno a7 is really a premium phone with these features i know what am saying because as a phone and gadget freak i have used many phones ranging from Samsung, lg, htc, then mtk. get an a7 tecno and see for yourself. i know ips when i see it and i know super amoled when i see it also same with fHD QHD etc.

tecno a7 is a supper amoled phone with 400+ ppi making the display good.

First of all, you don't know what you are saying. Go and check if there is any phone using the same stupid mediatek chipset Tecno used in building the wack phone. Yes, I know Tecno doesn't care about updates and their customers. I have barley witness any Tecno phone pushing ota update to fix bugs. Gionee does, Infinix does. That phone you called superb is one stupid phone I have seen. Even Tecno H6 seems better to me. It lags like hell. Maybe I put it blame on MT6592T cos I have never seen a phone using that chipset that runs smoothly. THL 5000 an CubeTalk is another example. These devices lags like hell cos they are same chipset Tecno Phantom Z uses.

Secondly, blame mediatek for lollipop update.

That's what they wrote on the box but I can assure you no tecno phone has a 1080×1280 resolution with a super amoled gorilla 3 glass. If it does, it CAN NEVER be sold for 59k. Believe me. Super amoled screens are in house built by Samsung and they are SUPER EXPENSIVE. That's why even samsung don't equip all their phones with this display.

Tecno will always remain Tecno. That "nice" display you claimed is only nice in comparison to other tecno and infinix brand. When put side by side to HTC or Samsung it pales in brightness, contrast and sun legibility.
