No. I am a data Vendor and this is a common challenge especially with Airtel Users.

If you were owing Airtel as of the time you did the data, you wont receive the data.

Let's say you are owing Airtel either 100 naira worth of airtime or data and you decided to do 10k data elsewhere, they will hold the 10k.

Call Airtel customer service on 300 to hear from them.
