On Monday 14th August I transfered from my Access Account to My Wema PiggyVest Flex Account. I was debited from my Access Account, the transaction was successful, I even received the paystack receipt from piggyVest. However my flex account was not credited. I contacted piggyVest customer support they asked me to send all the screenshot and transaction ID Which I did. After submitting all that I am yet to hear from them again. Please has anyone experienced something like this before and how was it resolved. Because I am really not happy about all these. I need help as to how to resolve this

I experienced this same thing. Transfered money from Access Bank to the flex wallet... They sent the paystack receipt but my flex wallet was not credited. I have contacted the cc via email, they responded, I have given all the necessary information but up till this moment I have not been credited nor the transaction reversed. I am really worried about this.
