Governor Okowa pls release the scholarship funds so we can pay our tuition fees.

What a pity. Roselyn rightly said it, "I feel sorry for him". The question is, what is the government doing to stop this? The disorientation of our governmental system is one of the factors that push the youths, the so-called future of Nigeria into making bad decisions like this, although this may not be the case here. It is a shameful act and they should be dealt with accordingly.
