So, I finally submitted my uploaded documents last night (some minutes to 12 midnight). The submit button was unresponsive for days despite my documents being the right size and format as well.

I feel FIRS is granting permission to applicants in batches- If you try now and it still isn't responsive, then try very late night, tonight.

My own was saying upload successfully but when I logging back I could see any documents displaying. Does your own documents show when you logging back to check?
