''Gate-crash'' in this context is neither an accusation nor an insult. It only means that some has benefited by exploiting the weakness or loopholes in the system.
Many have ''gate-crashed'' into event centers, lecture halls, commuter buses, theatre halls etc. when the security system at the entrance/gate failed! The people may later pay the right entry fees but, this time, they are already seated inside the hall or bus.
In this particular instance, ''gate-crashing'' means that he became president but he did not win 50%+ of total votes cast because the weaknesses in the Nigerian electoral system allowed it (the normal thing is to win 50%+ of the votes as obtains globally).
But the reaction was to insult my father who did not campaign for any public election, and who has not implemented any policy that has inflicted so much economic hardships on the innocent poor masses of this nation, and even on the capital market where we seek to invest and make some money.

All that is required is for those who believe Tinubu has done well to state their case.
For instance, If I say he is clueless, they can say he is a master strategist.
If I say he is incompetent, they can say he has performed excellently well etc.
I I say he is a disaster, they can say he is a saviour etc

But if I say he is incompetent, and the only thing these people can say/do is start insulting someone's father etc. It does not make sense. It only shows they are empty and have nothing meaningful to counter what I said.

What I’m saying here is that if the price exceeds the WTP of consumers, they will either reduce consumption, find alternatives, or stop using the product altogether.

This may not improve things for companies like MTNN. I think they should also focus on increasing WTP and reducing WTS, or willingness to sell, by cutting costs and becoming more efficient.

Anyway, this won’t stop MTNN from appreciating today and in the coming days.

Israel attempted to give back Gaza to Egypt but Egypt refused vehemently.
The fact that Islamists terrorists continued their incessant attacks on Israel from this areas made direct or indirect control by Israel absolutely necessary,so it is definitely no fault of theirs for trying to defend their citizens.

Gaza was not in Israeli control before October 7 but Hamas's and had been so since 2005 when Israel unilaterally and unconditionally pulled out and a large chunk of Judea and Samaria (West Bank) are the hands of Fatha who governs them but collaborate with Israeli forces on security.

So are you suggesting that Israel folds it's arms and watch after the October 7 massacre?
