It is likely hemorrhoids. It really has no permanent cure but can be so well managed that you may even forget that you are susceptible to it.

Some months ago I started having this itching around my anus then along the line it started bring yellowish mucus with bad smell, I later visited a doctor which he gave me antibiotics and a cream to put around there and it went away then came back after about a week. I met another doctor and he gave me worn medicine saying it's worm and I took it but still didn't go. Some times it disappears and I think that's it then suddenly appears and it's making me really uncomfortable. Please doctors in the house what could be the cause and please how do I get rid of it. Please don't ignore

Guys I'm not so good at putting things in writing but here we go

I believe and people say it that I have a very good IQ but my problem is I've just been stuck at one place for a long time, not going forward not going backward.
I really want to learn tech but I don't know why I feel demotivated everytime I start but I know I'll Excel in it if I go into it. Been trying to learn cloud computing for some weeks and suddenly stopped cos it wasn't clicking maybe cos of where I was learning or cos I don't have a laptop.

What I'm trying to say is I really need advise generally on how to get my life moving in this aspect, any profitable tech skills one could learn without a laptop I'll be really grateful if you share

I understand you but she's not with me cos of any promises, I just know how hard it is for me to love someone genuinely and I finally found one I'm comfortable with and she's a good person.

I've been unable to love anyone for years but finally met someone I'm so in love with and want to settle down but no money, I earn close to 100k a month but that's not enough to start a family judging with the responsibilities I have and she's leaving. Just be open to her about it.

Tell her you went for tests which came out positive. And that the doctor advised your partner to be treated also.
If you treat yourself and she doesn’t you will end up getting infected again when you have sex with her.

So it’s best you just open up and tell her. If left untreated STD’s can lead to bigger complications later especially for women.

I am guessing you guys are both young that’s why you find it difficult to talk to her about it and she being naive even though the signs are already manifesting in her virgin.a area.
