In Lagos state chieftaincy, Oba and Akran are two different kingship titles domiciled in Lagos state. There's no such thing as Oba Akran. You're either an Oba or an Akran. China's population by 2015 when the policy was modified was less than the expected if the policy wasn't in place. The demography however titled towards more of older people due to their high life expectancy.
