A priest can pray 4 u on phone, but he wont give any sacrament on phone. sacrament has valid form, matter... they require personal presence. confession is a sacrament, it cant be administered on phone or online, these are sacred event, very personal.
So no, baptism, communion, confirmation, confession, anoiting d sick, ordination and matrimony cant be administered online or by phone, u need a minister with d right form and matter to personaly administer sacraments.
besides A phone isnt really safe, ur phone can b tapped, a third party wit d right tech may b listening.

why would u want to confess ur sins throu a phone call?
