Okay...so I am in need of help, health wise

It all started few days ago when I noticed a bump on my penis head...gradually it started to itch, like the whole penis.

Thing is, I had sex with someone like a month both unprotected and protected.

What should I do ?
Please I need ur suggestion as I'm new to this environment I'm staying...don't even know clinics for such test and stuffs

I'm worried, I thought it was something that will go with time...its almost three-four days now...bumps still der and tiny vein-like appearance on my penis is showing
