Guys thank you some much for your contribution but lets keep the ideas and investment options coming someone needs it in the this pandemic?

Fixed deposit VS Farm deposit (farm crowdy, payfarmer, farm funded) which way?

We are all aware of the fixed deposit package from Nigerian banks and how it discourages investment. To some it is a no go area.

The new normal seem to be the "farm deposit" this is the name I give the new start ups that are channelling investment to farms and farmers (farm crowdy, payfarmer, chubi Afro, farm funded, Thrive Agric, Farm Kark, etc).

That the interest rate this farms offer is way better than those offered by the Nigerian banks fixed deposit is not the debate.

The debate is are the farms reliable?
Are they different from the scammers we have suffered from in the past?
The likes of MMM, dubious Forex trading platforms, ponzi schemes etc...
Can someone invest in this farms and not have fear of loss of investment?

Please kindly share your experience if you have dealt with or still dealing with these farms.

Can they be trusted?
Do they pay when the investment is due or they give excuses?

Please kindly free to talk about the good, the bad and the ugly of these farm start ups.

Praise the ones that needs to be praised and rebuke those that should be rebuked...

Mention their names, you might be saving somebody from casting away the little they have to feed on in this pandemic all in the name of multiply their income.
