RayRay06677: Thanks for all the nice words, never knew this much, before I draw conclusions on issues I always ask "the intent" when that is solved then you will decide your fate. Am not here to proof that ray and Barry are same. I explained why I changed. Am sticking to TBills but thought I can risk 5m, I have e always been too careful, watching people cash out for over 2 years, thank God it's just 5m I put and did so in 3 different platform. Am expecting 30m by 24th of this month was contemplating risking it too hence my coming here to disturb your peace knowing that I will be discouraged. Even the bond I asked to kick start, rates are going south. I understand they are also running training, I intend using my first roi to register and trade on my own in future. But for now, let the 5m walk. I Don taya for conservation lifestyle.
N/B: am not promoting anything, got nothing to gain, only came for restrictions before I dump my 30m further. I took a bad risk, wouldn't blink if it fails. Hi! am a newbie Just wondering if you have achieved the bolded? Thanks inanticipation of your reply? |

pcguru1: Upworks is a mix of good and bad, but for me as a developer I only have done 4 jobs with the latest one now, but i must admit I never took it serious. I made sure to have a personal website, some projects to show , I usually look to see which technology is in demand and do a reasonable but short project to show competence. In the proposal I just write about the issue they are facing and how I can help them, in this part I am always very detailed because there are tons of proposals sent, so you have to always write like you have to express your point. I am just at the building profile stage. I took a 50usd job, during development he realized it was more complex and raised to 350usd, and also spoke about contracting more jobs. Work ethics too matter. That's my experience so far Congratulation! Your simplicity is good and it paid off. Well done.

I've had 4 jobs so far. I think I'll be working more harder to bid higher.
Nice comment Hi!
When did you join upwork?
How was the process of registration?
How did you achieve it? I asked because some folks have been trying to join but find it difficult. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Also I will be grateful if you can share links on how to make it on upworks.
Thanks in anticipation of your reply |

TokyoBulls: Just to update interested folks. I got the balance 90 units yesterday and today in two traches of 4.2 (for 70 units) and 1.2 (for 20 slots). Second payment will be in October, God sparing our lives. First 10 units of small business location from May and 20 units of same from August also came in yesterday. I have not invested since the last I did in August. Let's what happens in September. All the best folks. please kindly explain further...
themap,ng uses location i.e if you wish to invest in 3 small business location (i.e #180.000) you can have 3 location (not unit) or are they same thing?
If yes then your 90units means 90*#180,000 = #16200000
Am I right? |

Pepchizy: I learnt about them early this year though they have been in operations (not crowdfunding) for some years, about 5 years I think. My colleagues and my family members have been investing with them since January and they have not defaulted. Though my worry about them is that these days their payments spill out Tuesdays rather Mondays as before. Also they are expanding into different areas which I am not conversant with. Thanks for sharing.
Are they still paying you ROI till date?
Is your investment with them concluded?
How are they faring as @ September, 2020? |

While surfing the Nairaland thread. I came across this company "Chinmark Group." They have different arms; Construction, Investment, Loan, Booking a ride,Purchasing farm produce and buying medical equipment.
I checked google reviews, 42 in all. They all seem to have a positive comment on the company. I proceeded to review their Facebook page and noted same.
However,
*I noticed that their minimum investment capital is #500000. This to me is way too big.
Read more about the company from the quote below...I invite the house to do their own research and investigations. My name Ezeonu Ngozi Chisom I work with Chinmark group Lagos branch
Chinmark group is an international conglomerate that have different subsidiaries: Chinmark Farms, chinmark Rides, Chinmark Loans, Chinmark home and Shelter.
Chinmark is very reliable and can be trusted, the company is paying, we have offices in Enugu, Lagos, portharcourt, onitsha, Abuja, kaduna, uyo, owerri Chinmark/FinAfrica, investors sign up for a ROI Return on Investment monthly.
