I think Wenger should maintain the back 3 formation. It has given us some stability especially when transiting from attacking to defending.

Chelsea star Victor Moses has been overlooked for the Premier League African Best XI for this season named by Best of Africa Awards. The Nigeria international has enjoyed his best run at Chelsea since he joined ‘The Blues’ in the 2012/13 season – 29 appearances and scored three goals in the league.


In the previous three seasons, Chelsea skipped him out on loan to Stoke City, Liverpool and West Ham.


But still the 26-year-old Moses was left out of a star-studded cast that included Pogba of Manchester United, Romeo Lukaku from Everton and Nigerian-born Dele Alli, who features for Tottenham Hotspur.


The 4-3-3 formation may well have knocked out Moses as he plays as a wing-back in a 3-4-2-1 formation at Chelsea.

However, Moses’ stellar performance in the EPL has earned him a place in the BBC Team of the Week.

He is making the team of the week for the fourth time this season, a sign of how influential and useful he has become for the title favourite.

Carelessness on the path of the some lecturer... Some lecturers take out the answer scripts of some students in order to victimize them.

Some students deliberately hide their answer sheet. They find a way of not submitting after the exam. They write their names in the attendance sheet to make it appear like missing answer script. They believe a missing script issue can be resolved and may result into exam resit.

Solution: Higher institutions should embrace computer based examination rather than the manual method of the past.

I believe my present situation won't come to many as new. Problem is, I have never experience such as this before and it is quite hard as to what technique and approach to adopt in tackling this issue. I would be going into details so that my plight can be clearly understood.

Just recently, two tenants moved into a newly built semi detached apartment in my compound, a room and parlour self contain, precisely. The one closest to my apartment is occupied by a young, single guy, most likely a transport company driver, while the other apartment is inhabited by a family of about five (5). Both folks moved in in January.

The problem
The said young guy does not seem to understand serenity. His music can be so loud that one could feel his heart beat to the baseline of the songs coming from his sound system. Annoyingly, he is not in any way restricted by time as he would max the volume of his sound system, lock his door and go out while his nose slowly sniff life out of everyone around. This has been going on for the past three months now and it is really taking its toll on me. I was at the hospital recently for a medical check up due to sleepless nights and lack of sleep on weekends.

I tend to shy away from trouble at the slightest opportunity. I'm also careful not to hurt anyone in any way. I once walked to his apartment to tell him about the noise but it hasn't done much really. The landlord lives within the compound too but rarely stays home.

Other tenants have started complaining about the noise but no one has done a thing about it. I have thought about several things I could do to get his attention but I'm not sure how they would leave him after I follow through:

1. I thought about inviting the landlord into this, but I fear it might be extreme as it would look like I have something against him other than this.
2. Take the legal route by asking the police to invite him for disturbance of public peace.
3. Plead and ask for a meeting with other tenants while we address this.

I'm at a loss here as I don't want to go to war with anyone.

I had almost same issue. But mine was with a roommate. He doesn't care if I'm asleep or reading. He just puts on his laptop and turn up the volume, watching movies or playing music. Sometimes middle of the night. I tried talking to him but he wouldn't listen. So one day i was fed up. I wanted to sleep and he was watching movie,i asked him to turn it down a little or go to the living room. But this guy told me that i should go to the other room and sleep with the other guys since there's an extra bed. I was like, me and my room?
Initially i went but then i thought this madness has to stop.

So i returned to the room, brought out my laptop and put a movie, also turned up the volume to max and went out of the room, living the laptop on and running inside... i could feel it, i knew his body was weak from that.

When he wanted to sleep, he turned down my volume.. i returned and turned it back up and was laughing loudly and annoyingly....


Anyways. Long story short: after trying to be civil with him to no avail, I resulted to tit for tat. And it has been happily ever after
