I don't believe this ....you cannot change the terms of people with existing visa. They tried this before and it went to the courts. Even time of removing post study.

It would be anyone newly applying for visa and they’re dependent. Those who already have a student visa it won't be applicable . If it would be applicable they would put enough time frame allowing them to apply

You didn't make any mistake ..... Tier 2 allows you to work and be paid immediately. Its just that currently the situation on ground has been abused and has several issues.

I know one or two carer who worked and were paid for day 1 and were paid by end of month so this fault is your employer because on Facebook you see some going for months with no shifts of stories here and there from employer

I know someone 5 months now... only 2 hours a week shift ...that can'teven cover food not to talk of rent . So even with best planning . How can someone have planned for that
Thanks bro

You really have to wonder why some people here are giving excuses for this. Why are we afraid to say things as its?

For me there isn’t any excuse to this, the mistake is mine, I made reservations based on what was in my reach. All I asked for was advices and assistance as I’ve already made the mistake. Thanks

Some employers are bringing in carer but don't have shift for them. On case I saw on Facebook this is the 5th month no shift

So people Need to plan and plan for the worse. Go back to your employer and let the person know the impact it having on you [We’ve contacted the employer but they keep telling us to wait, as I’m also in contact with few colleagues we are supposed to resume together, I’m just looking for assistance in getting any job at all around Birmingham ]

Good day everyone,

Please I need assistance

I got to West Bromwich, Birmingham with a Skilled worker visa on sponsorship, been here since April 20th because according to my letter of employment I’m to resume 1st of May but till date all we’ve done is documentation and asked to wait for training which they’ve just only attended to 3 people out of 15. Please I need assistance in getting another source of fund because my rent is almost due and I’ve been applying for part time jobs and not been successful. Advices and assistance is really needed. Thanks
